This is gonna be the last fluff chapter because I can't anymore. It's really hard to write fluff when you don't have any in your life because your best friend is oblivious to how in love with her you are and when you flirt with her once she gets fake upset and-

A'ight imma go, enjoy the chapter

Eliza leaned into her girlfriend's side as the crowd pushed around them. "It's really busy," she yelled, Maria barely catching her words.

"Yeah, I know! If it's too much just let me know and we can leave," she told Eliza worriedly. "I don't want you to feel overwhelmed or anything."

Eliza already knew that even if she got really nervous at the crowd, she wouldn't tell Maria. Maria had wanted to go to this concert for weeks, since before the two had even started dating.

"I will," she lied, forcing a smile on her face. Maria nodded, and somehow managed to pull Eliza closer.

"Ok baby girl. I love you," Maria reminded her girlfriend. Eliza mumbled the same back, her face glowing red.

Maria chuckled and booped Eliza's nose. "Thanks for coming with me. JA was gonna but then he remembered that he hates everything to do with concerts so that backfired."

Eliza laughed and pulled away from her girlfriend. "You're such a dork. I love you so much," she giggled, pecking Maria's cheek.

"You're a bigger dork. I love you even more," Maria argued childishly, pouting a little. Eliza smiled and pecked Maria's cheek.

"I'm gonna go grab a drink and some snacks from the bar. You want anything?" she asked, desperate to get away from the surging crowd.

"I'll come with you so we don't lose each other," Maria insisted. "I don't want to be here without you."

Eliza grabbed her girlfriend's hand and pulled her towards the exit. Maria smiled and walked alongside her.

When Eliza let out an audible breath at the sudden peace behind the stadium, Maria came to a realisation.

"You hate it here, don't you?" she asked. Eliza struggled to meet her eyes as she protested. Maria silenced her with one glance. "Don't bother denying it, I know you do. Why didn't you tell me?"

Eliza sighed. "I didn't tell you because you were so happy to be here and you'd been looking forward to it since before we even got together and I didn't want to ruin that for you," she explained.

"Lizard, you could never ruin anything for me. Just being with you is enough. I love you so much and I wish you had just told me how you felt about being here. I'm so sorry for not noticing sooner," Maria said, clasping Eliza's hands tightly.

Eliza smiled, looking up at her girlfriend shyly. "I'm sorry for not telling you how I felt," she apologised.

Maria smiled back. "It's fine. You wanna go home and watch this on YouTube? Or we can just cuddle if you want. I don't mind, just wanna be with you," she told Eliza, wrapping her arms around the smaller girl and burying her face in her neck.

"Cuddles and concert," Eliza replied, smiling into her girlfriend's shoulder, just happy to be in the greatest city in the world with the greatest girlfriend in the world.

Oof I'm sorry this took so long to be published. I just couldn't come up with anything for this and it came out really short (sorry!). I promise that I'll go back to writing with an actual plot instead of these one shot things. See you soon!
