I woke up the next morning and realised it was Christmas. When I spend my Christmas at Hogwarts, which usually happens, my parents aren't probably sending me something. My relationship between my parents is weird since the day I got my letter. They still think it is a joke and that I am not going to school at all. I go back to my parents every summer, but I usually spend my time in my room or with my muggle friend Sophie.
I decided to tell her about the wizard world, and she believed the most things. I don't really have contact with her because she isn't familiar with owl post though I told her about it. I only hangout with during summer
So, I wasn't surprised when I saw that I had no presents.
Well to be honest I would have expected something from Katie, but I guess I got disappointed. I got her a pandora bracelet. They are a muggle thing, and you can get different pendants for it. I got her a broom to start off.
I made my way to breakfast and it was really empty. I sat down and started to eat some butter toast.
From the corner of my eye I saw a twin enter the hall. I hoped it would be George, but it was only Fred. Though I wanna know something. So, I finished up fast and walked over to him.
"Why were screaming yesterday and why did you talk about me?" I decide to ask
"Not now Y/L/N! Bad timing just leaves me alone" he answered.
"Ok Weasley! It was just a question sorry!". Guess I will confront Angelina later. Maybe I will have some luck. Where is Katie anyway? Maybe still in the Common Room?! Sh*t I don't know the password.
I still made my way up to the fat lady portray hoping for someone to come out.
"What are you doing here Ravenclaw girl? I don't think you're supposed to be her" The fat lady assures me
"Sorry but I was waiting for my friend Katie! Can you maybe let me in? Please" I begged
"Fine! But if I find out you did something, I am going to report you" She told me and the portray swung open
I felt like I checked the whole common room, so I was making my way up to Katie's dorm
When I entered there was no Katie but Angelina
"What are you doing in my dorm?" she asks
"Sorry Johnson I was just looking for Katie. Why was Weasley talking about me yesterday? Sorry if I offend you" I asks her
"I don't know where Katie is. She never reached the dorm. And about Fred to be honest I was a little bit jealous about Krum taking you. You know he is really handsome and. and you always seem so weird and mean I am sorry. Can we just forget it please?"
"Fine but I am not weird and mean. Already forgotten. I will look for Katie now bye" I wave to her and leaving the dorm. Me MeAn?! Why?
As I made my way down the stairs, I saw Katie laying in George's arms! Aww how cute!
Luckily, I have my Polaroid with me again. It really comes handy. I took a picture of them, but I guess I left the flash so both of them woke up.
"Sorry guys! Just had to so cute" I laugh
"Y/N! Wait how did you get in?" Katie looks at me confused
"The fat lady let me in. Anyways here is your Polaroid. Enjoy your time" I say while I wink, "See you later Katie" and with that I leave again
