Chapter 37: Sorry uhm is it true?

It was a quiet night, but I couldn't get sleep. Everything got worse the last month and then I saw Fred and now I can't stop thinking of him.

I opened the window for some fresh when a stone hit my face. What was that?

I leaned out of my window and tried to figure out where the stone came just when another stone approached me. I quickly dugged and looked in the direction the stone came to see familiar face

"HEY Y/N! I DIDN'T WANT TO KNOCK AT THE FRONT DOOR BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT TO WAKE UP ANYONE! CAN YOU LET ME IN"?

I wasn't really sure if I wanted to talk to her, but I ran downstairs and opened the door

"How did you find me?" I asked

"Just some searching! Anyways I just wanted to talk to someone, and the twins are away lately, and I don't have anyone to talk to! Can I?" she asked

"Sure! Just follow me" I had a weird feeling, so I kept my wand in my hand in case I had to teach her lesson.

"You probably think I am a stalker" she laughed while we entered my room. I was still unsure wether to like her or not "But I am just Emily Smith and if I want something I work hard to achieve. My dad always told me I would be a Slytherin!"

"So, you didn't attend Hogwarts?" I asked her

"No, I went to Ilvermorny, but my dad is British, and I moved to England after I graduated" she explained

"Oh ok! Why are you here again?" I asked

"Well I told you I needed some company and I got bored tonight so I thought I would pay you a visit and I wanted to figure out why you ran off that one morning without saying goodbye!" she asked curiously

"I just wanted to head home because Lydia gets worried fast!" I lied

"I have to admit you're a good liar, but I always figure out when people lie to me! If you don't want to talk about it's fine but you acted weird the moment, we entered the apartment" she pointed out

"I...uhm ...well we attended Hogwarts together and that was the first time I saw him again" I hid the truth

"You just attended Hogwarts together?!" she raised an eyebrow

"Uh yeah I mean we were close but... you know"

"OH SHIT! OMG I AM SO SORRY! I AM OMG! DON'T TELL ME YOU'RE THE GIRLFRIEND HE IS ALWAYS TALKING THAT HE KINDA CHEATED ON WITH ME" she jumped to conclusion

"Shhhh. There are two other people in this house!" I told her hoping that Rolf and Lydia didn't hear anything

"I mean.... Yeah" I confessed

"You really don't know how sorry I am, but this explains everything! I never really told you my name and when I did, we entered the apartment, and you were shocked that it was me you know. That is why you took a step back! But then when you stumbled and Fred caught you, you were just shocked and OMG! It all makes sense now" I thought her brain would explode any second "I don't know how I could apologize I mean..."

"It wasn't really your fault! Yes, you kissed him, but you were under the influence of a love potion, so it isn't really your fault- "my door opened, and Rolf came in

"Y/N where does all the sound come from?" he asked but stopped when his eyes saw Emily

"YOU"

I know that is a really short chapter, but I don't have lots of work lately that is why I haven't updated regularly. I am not really happy with this fic so sometimes it is hard to write it if that makes any sense. I still hope that you enjoy my story xxxx
