Addy was flying on a Thestral according to Luna and Harry. She couldn't see what was lifting her in the air, making the entire ride more frightening than it should've been.

She could feel the scales of the creature underneath her body, securing her onto it's back. It glided somewhat roughly yet smooth, dipping up and down consistently.

Ron, Hermione, Neville, and Ginny probably felt the same way as her, unable to see what Luna and Harry could. They all displayed expressions that were half terrified, yet amazed by the view.

Addy felt the cool, evening air blow against her face, reminding her of when she rode her broom over London with Tonks. The sun was setting behind them, causing the sky to streak with a delicate shade of purple.

The stars were just beginning to shine through, the moon visible above their heads. Below, she could see the city lights of London shine equally as bright as the stars, the buildings stretched upwards.

The movements on the roads indicated cars and buses transporting themselves from one location to another.

Putting everything together created a fascinating scene to watch, more details popping up if anyone scanned it for a second time.

The view reminded her of Harry's eyes, consisting of many beautiful things composed in one arrangement, with many elements that never became obsolete.

Their surroundings were growing darker as their flying progressed, the stars and city lights shining. It was an ethereal sight, but there was no time to enjoy it.

Once they landed back down to earth, the reality would catch up. It was always one step ahead of them.

The Thestrals dipped lower and lower on demand of Luna. The moon didn't seem as bright as they drew farther from it, moving closer to the ground.

The city landscapes became larger and appeared to look less like dots as they descended.

They eventually touched down in the middle of the city, where no one was around. It was even darker down below, the buildings blocking the dim light from the sky.

Addy's Thestral roughly hit the ground, causing her to nearly fall off. She was surprised by her strong grip on it's scales, allowing her to remain on.

Everyone else didn't have much of a grateful landing either, all jerking violently with the contact of the pavement.

Harry hopped of his Thestral first, quickly arriving over to Addy's side. He held out a hand towards her, indicating that she take it.
