"That is what you saw?" Uncle asks, walking slowly over to the window.

"That is what I saw," I confirm. "My father has found the Dark Island. The Overlord has returned and they are working together."

Uncle shakes his head and sighs. "Dark times are upon us, my dear Niece. If what you say is true, the final battle is only days away."

"I know, but there must be a way we can stop it--"

"There is no stopping it now. The countdown has started, all we can do is prepare."

I bow my head. "Yes, Uncle."

"Now, why don't you go down and train with your brother."

I nod and exit the room. I pass my mother in the hall, she smiles at me before entering Uncle's bedroom. I let out a sigh and continue walking down the hall. The sexual tension between her and my Uncle is so thick, a knife could cut through it. As much as I love them both, I cant help but feel bad for my father. He is not here to defend himself and to try to win her heart back. It isn't fair.

I climb down the anchor chain and join Jay out in the street. He pounds on the window, frantically screaming for them to let him in. I approach him, arms crossed over my chest. Sometimes his stupidity amazes me.

"You do know there's a door, right?"

Jay turns around, a small blush dusting his cheeks. "Hey, Tasha. Umm, yeah, I know."

I roll my eyes and follow him inside. When we enter the training room, the ground begins to violently shake. Dareth's trophies wobble and a few fall. Then the shaking stops. The boys all exchange a nervous glance before turning on the t.v.

"NGTV reporter Gayle Gossip on the scene of what appears to be an earthquake rocking the city of Ninjago. But it's an earthquake like no other, as scientists have yet to pinpoint the cause. And more frightening still, the aftershocks are getting stronger."

"What do you think this could be?" Cole asks.

"Wouldn't be surprised if it was Garmadon. We haven't seen him for a while," Kai grumbles.

"It's not him," I say at the same time Mom says, "He would never."

"Lloyd and Tasha's father is evil, but he would never do anything to put his children in harms way," Mom explains, looking at me curiously. I haven't told anyone but Uncle Wu about my most recent vision.

"Misako's right. He only tried to thwart his training. This is something else," Uncle agrees.

"But what is it?" Jay asks.

Zane whistles and the Falcon flies into the room, landing on his arm. "My friend, be my eyes and look for danger in the streets from above."

The Falcon caws before flying back out the window.

"We should get out there and help where we can," I suggest.

The boys nod and we race out of the dojo. Citizens of Ninjago are running in every direction, panicked. One specific woman catches my attention. She is racing after her little poodle, who seems to be in more of a frenzy than the people.

"Oh, Snickers! Stay there, Mommy's coming!" She yells. She looks both ways before charging across the street towards her dog, but the ground beneath her breaks away. The dog barks frantically. "No, no! Stay where you are! Help! Help me!"

I tug on Lloyd's sleeve before rushing towards where the woman fell. Lloyd doesn't hesitate to follow, and the other four follow behind him.

"Ninja to the rescue!" I yell, launching myself over the cliff. "Go!"
