Month 6

Since the incident at the park nearly three months ago, your little apartment had been the victim of a new quirk user. From the ash-covered walls to the various broken objects in the home, it was clear that Katsuko was very into using her quirk. Though you had a feeling it was her father who enjoyed watching her using her quirk more than Katsuko enjoyed using it.

That day three months ago when you returned home, your husband would not stop smiling. It was weird for him, but seeing as his little girl had the same exact quirk as him, there was no doubt that he was inflating with pride. You remember walking by her room that night and hearing him telling her all about what she'd be able to do if she trained hard.

Since that day, father and daughter had been inseparable. Every day when either Katsuko got home from school, or Bakugou from work, both would head out to train. You'd be lying to admit you were a bit jealous, seeing as the pair had only grown closer.

You could fondly recall days where your husband would spend all his time with your training. Mock fights, competitions, and proud support back in your UA days seemed like so long ago... especially as you watched your daughter get that much better with her quirk.

But if there was one upside to the father and daughter spending so much time together, it was that you got to spend an equal amount of time with Katsuro. He was starting to get big and more active!

His features were becoming more profound as well, and as with Katsuko, he was a tiny lookalike for his father. Possibly more so than Katsuko... as when you and Mitsuki compared pictures of a baby Katsuki and your son... they looked nearly identical. The only differences seemed to be Katsuro's (eye color) and how his ash-blonde spikes were more like wisps. Not as spiky as his father's, but still made his hair point in various directions.

Some part of you were curious what Katsuro would look like as a teen. Would he look just like your husband... only with your personality and level-headedness? Only time would tell you supposed.

But for right now... Katsuro was only six months of age and just starting to really see and interact with the world around him. He was able to now understand the words 'mama' 'daddy' and 'Katsuko' and even look around for said person when asked.

He wasn't big on crawling yet and was still trying to support himself when he sat up by himself. But he was starting to be more active, which seemed to ease your worrisome husband's mind.

Today, in particular, Katsuro seemed keen on watching as you moved around the house. He sat with a curious gaze in his eyes as you tried to clean off a patch of scorched wall. You huffed, seeing as father and daughter were not keeping their promise of the 'no explosions in the house' rule. So, you had kicked them out and were cleaning up.

Lucky you, there was only one mark this time. But once you had finished cleaning it, you realized your new predicament. Your maternity leave was not ending until next month, and now that you have finished cleaning... you had nothing to do.

You hummed, tossing a glance to your son. He looked at you, holding his arms up and reaching for you. You smiled softly and came over to him. He happily buried his little head into your chest and babbled on a series of noises that sounded close to 'mama' but not quite.

"Should we go find daddy and Katsuko?" You asked him and watched as he looked around a tiny bit to try and see them.

You giggled and started to get ready to brave the elements outside. Today was a hot day, and thus before you left you practically smeared an entire bottle of baby sunscreen on Katsuro. He looked like a melted marshmallow more than a baby now.
