I'm jealous that Anna hasn't puked as much as I did in my first trimester. She only pukes once a day and she's fine the rest of the day.

But at least we both share the same hearty appetite. Now Gail is the one laughing at us as she watches us eat plates we've never thought of eating. Hence, the small steak I bought was amazing. Tyler was right. What have I been missing?

Anna seems to be finishing up her third trimester and I'm barely into my last trimester. Thinking of it makes me nervous.

So I do what I know best. Concentrating on making a beautiful mess. Marissa insisted I don't get any more big events and I just agreed. My backaches and cramps get worse each week.

Speaking of cramps, I groan as the strong spasms awaken me once again. Tyler this time slowly wakes up.

"What's wrong, honey?" he softly mumbles.

"Cramp. My legs," I painfully whisper. "Help me."

"I'm up. I'm up..."

Tyler slowly sits up and goes over to my side. Since sleeping on my left was suggested by my doctor, I've traded spots with Tyler. Surprisingly, I've been very comfortable on that side ever since.

I sigh in relief as he stretches out my legs. He gives my foot a kiss and it sends a giggle up my throat as his fingers slightly tickle my feet. He gets to the other leg but it doesn't hurt so much anymore with just his soft touch. I close my eyes with a smile and slowly drift off to sleep.

I woke up ten minutes later. I can hear Tyler move by my side to wrap his arm around me. I smile at his warmth but my mind focuses on my little girl starting to stretch. His hand is on my belly, but he's too asleep to feel the light kicks she's giving him. Soon, she gives me one last twirl before falling back asleep.

If only I could fall asleep now. My mind keeps me wide awake and this time it's because of a craving.

Sheesh. I'm trying to think what's open at..three in the morning. I guess it's Christmas now. There will hardly be anything open. I wonder if gas stations stay open at this time...

I gently start to move Tyler's arm off of me but he holds me close. I clear my throat and whisper, "Honey. Let me go."

He mumbles something and then says, "Why are you running away?"

"I'm going to get something real quick."

"Where? What time is it?"

"Three in the morning."

Tyler sighs behind me as he starts to wake up. "Are you hungry, sweetie?"

"Mmm...not really."

"Is it a craving?"

"Yes."

Tyler does a quiet chuckle. "What do you need?"

"We don't have any," I say. "I was going to go buy some."

I turn and see Tyler's eyes pop open. "No no. It's too late. I don't want you going out by yourself. This big and beautiful belly will slow you down if you need to run away." He gives my belly a sweet rub and a kiss.

I do a small laugh and say, "Well I don't want you to go out either. You've had a difficult week with chemo."

"It doesn't stop me from being a dad or a husband. Tell me. What is it this little lady asking for tonight?"

"Crotons."

Tyler furrows his brows at me and says, "You mean like...a salad?"

"No. Just crotons."
