"I need to tell you something," Ethan said to Nova.
They were sitting on the swings of the playground they'd gone to.
"Don't worry, Ethan, you can trust me."
"I...I might have been hiding something from you."
Nova gasped dramatically.
"How could you hide something from me? And after all we've been through," She sobbed.
"I wanted to tell you," Ethan tried to explain.
"I just thought now would be the best time."
"Oh, don't tell me that crap!" She cried as she got up out of her seat and threw a rock at him.
"You," She spat as Ethan found himself dodging a boulder.
"-are a deceitful liar-" She threw a car at him.
"-a total fake," Next came the White House.
She hurled Mount Everest at him.
"And I will never love you!"
"Nova...Nova wait!" Ethan called, hurt.
"Nova.."
Suddenly he felt a cold touch on his bare side.
"Ethan!" He heard Nova's frustrated voice.
"What the-" Ethan shot up, now fully awake.
"Took long enough," Nova rolled her eyes.
"Why the hell were your hands so cold?" Ethan asked, his hand warming his side.
"Well, after attempting to wake you up, I held some ice and came back," She shrugged.
So that explains why they were wet.
"Why would you touch my bare side?" He questioned.
"That's what you get for sleeping shirtless," Nova smirked as he gave her an unamused look.
"Now hurry up and get yourself ready."
"Why?" Ethan groaned.
"It's six o' clock in the morning."
Nova rolled her eyes once again.
"Did you forget? School?"
"That's still going on?"
She threw a pillow at him.
"Janet said we must go today. So get ready."

"Why do we walk to school if you have a car?" Nova asked on the way.
"My mom never lets me drive it to school anyways. To take in nature and all that," Ethan shrugged.
Time seemed to move too fast as they walked along to school. Yes. Walking. The old-fashioned way.
They talked and laughed as their fingers were intertwined and right then Ethan couldn't feel happier.
Wow. Look at me getting all happy for this like an elementary schooler, Ethan thought.
Sue me.
"I'm impressed. We might actually be early today," Nova said said playfully.
"What's that supposed to mean?"
