"Jungkook likes V? Seriously?" Beomgyu asks with wide eyes while Taehyun panics. He is Jungkook's friend and he basically revealed to the person Jungkook likes about how his friend feels about him. Yes, he knows that Jungkook has never been that open about his feeling with them. He only tells Seokjin about it because he has known the owner of the cafe for a very long time while he met him, San and Seonghwa just two years ago. But they all have noticed how much their friend cares for the idol. They know that the idol holds a special place in his heart.
On the other hand, Taehyun's words have made Taehyung nervous. The fact that there are still some customers left in the cafe doesn't help at all. Even Beomgyu is standing next to him and he never wanted him to know anything related to what's going on between him and Jungkook. Why? Because he did not come out in front of everyone yet. Only his group members and Namjoon know that along with Jungkook and he really hopes Jungkook didn't tell some specific details to his friends other than Seokjin because he knows that the blonde boy can never hide anything from Seokjin.
"I... I mean who doesn't like V? He is a superstar and everyone loves him. Those who don't like him... and his music don't have a good taste." Taehyun says, hoping that Beomgyu believes him. He doesn't want to cause any problems for the maknae of KX5 since a lot has happened recently and he wants him back with the group as soon as possible.
"The people who don't like V should get tested for Covid 19 since losing taste is one of the symptoms for it." Seokjin says walking beside Taehyung and smiling at him. He has been observing the boys for a while and he thought that he needs to jump in order to stop this and make it less awkward.
"Seriously, we all are V's fans." San supports them after understanding the situation.
"I'm an OT5 stan and man, it's so difficult. I get bias wrecked so easily." Taehyun says and everyone laughs. Taehyung smiles a little too. He is very well aware of Jungkook's gaze on him.
"Why are you guys talking like Taehyung isn't here?" The blonde haired barista asks and all the attention is turned to Taehyung.
"Yah, Jeon Jungkook! There are still some customers in the cafe. Don't make it awkward for Taehyung." Seokjin whisper-yells with an annoyed expression. After having a tiring day, the last thing he wants is to handle a mob.
"Taehyung, do you wanna get something to eat or drink?" Seokjin asks him kindly. Taehyung just shakes his head and says, "No, I have to go back to the dorms soon. I just came here because... uh... can I have some hot chocolate?" He asks. He doesn't want to say that he came to meet Jungkook in front of everyone. Seokjin smiles because he knows why the idol really came here.
