I was washing my hands in the school bathroom waiting for some girl to leave. Since we couldn't meet up publicly, the girls and I had to secretly find places to meet. They were currently all waiting in the stalls. I sighed as the girl left the bathroom allowing all four of them to exit the stalls together.
"We've gotta find a better place to do this. Somewhere preferably with a fan." Aria said as she exited the bathroom stall. "Well until your parents allow us to talk as friends this is the only way to go." I say annoyed.
"Or why don't we just dig a tunnel under the school?" Emily asked sarcastically. I sighed and dried my hands as Emily handed us her Danby letter.
"Yeah not with those hands. You need some serious moisturizer." Hanna complained. "This letter isn't that bad Emily." Spencer said reassuring her. "Let me see it." I said as I held out my hand.
"It's bad." Emily said getting straight to the point. "Won't your mom be impressed this guy even took the time to write?" Aria asked confused.
"Yeah I thought you said she just needed something in writing." I said as I read through it. "Here use this. It cost more than my purse." Hanna said as she handed Emily some lotion.
"Guys this is a "maybe" letter. My mom wants to see something real, something that says "Let her stay in Rosewood. We want her. Don't take her to Texas." Emily explains to us.
"Em there are other colleges." Aria says reassuring her. "Yeah other scouts will want you." Spencer adds on.
"When? My mom's already packed the whole kitchen. She keeps telling me I'm gonna like the rodeo." Emily says annoyed. "Let's just do this later okay? People are coming." I say as I hand Emily the letter back.
"How about after school?" Hanna suggests. "I can't I have field hockey." Spencer tells us. "I have swim practice." Emily adds on. "I've gotta start looking for places to live." I say annoyed. "Still no luck?" Spencer asks concerned.
"Money problems." I say as I shrug my shoulders. "What about you Aria?" Hanna asks as she turns to her. "I'm starting my classes at Hollis." Aria says with a smile.
I raise an eyebrow at her as I turn to the other girls. "Is Jackie going to be teaching there?" Spencer asks concerned. "No, no. This is not about stalking. If Ezra says it's over between them, I believe him." Aria says reassuring us.
"So what? You're just gonna hang around there with binoculars?" Hanna asks sarcastically. "I'm following the therapists orders on having separate time okay?" Aria says annoyed. "It's an extension course. If I happen to bump into Ezra that's just a bonus."
"A nice bonus." I say with a smirk. "Oh great. Everyone's got a life except for me." Hanna says sarcastically.
"Well if you want you can have my life." I say as I cross my arms. "Pass." Hanna says as she rolls her eyes.
