"Did somebody... butter their bread with a steak knife?" - Spencer Hastings
It was the next day when I just got out of bed. Jason has already left my apartment and left me some breakfast on the table. French toast and a cup of coffee. I could smell it the minute I woke up.
I smiled as I grabbed some clothes out of my closet before heading into my bathroom. I really needed more clients so I could earn some more cash. Either that or I need to find a real job since what I'm still somewhat illegal. I mean technically it's not since I'm not trying to expose anyone or leak someone's information. Like somebody.
I took a quick shower and did my usual morning routine. I wore a cute green ruffled flowy crop top and paired it with some light blue shorts. I combed out my hair and put it in a waterfall braid.
I ate my breakfast and grabbed my bag before heading out the door for school.

The girls and I all met up by the lockers later that day in school where we discussed what to do next about Jonah.
"We're giving him all of it?" Emily asks confused. "$2,000 is a lot of money."
"Emily, if he can finally tell me who 'A' is, I would hand him a million." Spencer says annoyed. "Yeah and not ask for change." Aria chimes in.
"How'd you get the money so fast?" Emily asks curiously. "What? Um... I have a relative." Spencer says as she turns to me nervously.
I sigh as I hold onto my bag tighter. I already know it's Jason. After he told me about the cash and the fact that they were basically siblings, there's no way it could've been anyone else.
"Which one?" Emily asks curiously.
"I promised I wouldn't say." Spencer says as she puts some books away. I sigh as I turn to Aria. "What time did Jonah say to meet him?" I ask curiously.
"Six, but um, look not all of us are gonna go." Aria says as she looks at us. I raise an eyebrow confused as I turn to the other girls. "It's just gonna be me and Spencer, so we'll meet up with you afterwards." Aria explains to us.
"What? Why just you two?" Hanna asks confused.
"Because I'm the face that he knows, and she's the bank." Aria answers us. "If we crowd him, he's gonna think something's up." Spencer says nervously.
"Something is up!" Emily says confused. "We're finally gonna find out who's been torturing us since Ali's funeral, and, hello? I kinda wanna be there for that." Emily says annoyed.
"Volume." Spencer says nervously.
I sigh as Mona walks up to us. "Hey ladies." Mona greets.
