"That's not a happy face," JJ mentioned when he saw your reaction to his surprise. He had brought you to a creepy abandoned house that in the dark looked even scarier.

"JJ, this place doesn't look fun."

"It is. I promise. I'll be right by your side the whole time." You nodded your head as you followed JJ into the scary house. He took you up the creaky stairs and showed you to the balcony.

"This is what I wanted to show you," he told you as he laid down. You joined him and looked up at the stars.

"This is pretty," you mumbled.

"You're pretty," he whispered to you. You giggled before meeting his bright blue eyes.

"Are you happy now?" he asked you and just as you were about to nod, you both heard a creak come from somewhere near you guys.

"If we find the stairs, I'll be really happy." He nodded in agreement as he grabbed your hand and ran down the stairs and out of the house.

"Maybe you're right. This place is a little creepy."
