As Y/n grabbed the door handle she turned her head one last time seeing the sadness all over Wanda's face. She wanted to stay with her, she really did, to make sure she would be okay, but she didn't want to overstep.

She walked out the room closing the door behind her. Once it was fully closed she rested her forehead on the door closing her eyes waiting for Wanda to call her back. But she never did.

With that Y/n backed up from the door turning around walking back into her room as she laid in bed in complete silence. looking up at the ceiling she made an illusion of a baseball appear and tossed it up catching it before it hit her face.

she would throw the ball up, close to hitting the fan above her before gravity acted and brought it back down catching it with ease.

With a quiet knock that distracted Y/n from her focus on the ball it hit her face and she immediately covered her eye in pain. The groaned noise Y/n made worried Wanda so she opened the door letting herself in seeing Y/n in bed with her hand over her eye.

"Are you okay?" She asked quickly making her way to the side of Y/n's bed checking up on her to see what happened.

When Y/n heard her voice she was no longer able to focus on the pain on her eye but the witch next to her. Trying to not make it so noticeable Y/n nodded her head, "Yeah...yeah I'm all good." She said sitting up. She removed her hand from her eye and shook her head as she tried to focus on the foot of the bed till her vision became normal.

Turning her head back at the witch waiting to know why she was knocking Wanda waited a moment to just look at Y/n before she asked a question she thought could possibly break there bond. She couldn't have been more wrong.

"I was wondering if you could, stay? In my room. I just..." Taking a breath to finish her sentence she tightly closed her eyes making Y/n on the inside completely admire how adorable she looked, "don't want to be alone."

Y/n stood up from her bed as Wanda opened her eyes again, "Lead the way." Y/n said hinting at the open bedroom door.

With a sigh of relief Wanda smiled to herself as she walked in front of Y/n till they reached her room. Closing the door behind her Y/n turned around finding the covers to already lifted for what she assumed to be her side of the bed.

As Wanda moved under the covers Y/n made her way over as her eyes travelled across the room. She sat on the side of the bed turning her head to look at Wanda who had her back turned so she took the chance and smiled to herself looking at her figure before lifting her legs and sliding under the covers as well.

Once Y/n was comfortable and done moving Wanda turned off the lamp in her room as the two laid in silence. Both of them happy that they've moved from a couch to a bed, but they wanted to be closer.

Y/n who was laying on her back, turned her head to look at the girl laying next to her, even though she couldn't see much, her mind filled in the blanks. She could see her red hair, she could see her shoulders rising and falling with every breath.

This is what Y/n wanted, Wanda to reach out to her. For Wanda to ask her to stay. Wanda made a move, now it was Y/n's turn.

"Y/n?" Wanda softly asked, not turning her body as she switched from her side to her stomach, still facing the other way.

Allowing herself to still gaze at the witch Y/n responded, "Yeah?"

"I know it was you who woke me up today." Y/n furrowed her brows as she heard what Wanda had just told her - How could she know?

"W-what are you talking about?" Y/n asked trying to seem innocent, but as she stammered Wanda got all the conformation she needed.

"You know besides the fact that you were the only one in the room, I didn't wake up on my own time. I saw the hint of green when the illusion went away." Y/n didn't respond, she just turned her head to look at the dark ceiling. "And I know you hit yourself with a baseball in the eye."

"Okay," Y/n said stopping Wanda from saying anything else as they both laughed lightly, turning her head back at Wanda she imagined her smile, "It was an accident... and you need some rest," She said steering the conversation into a more serious direction.

As Wanda allowed her self to relax back into her pillow after giggling, she let out another sigh of relief knowing she had Y/n by her side.

After mentally debating with herself Y/n moved slightly closer to Wanda, elbow supporting her as it dug into the pillow under her.

Wanda didn't know what she was doing, assuming she was going to leave or go to bathroom but all of those assumptions were wrong.

As she rested a few inches away Y/n began to get comfortable in her new spot on the bed. The two rested there bodies peacefully knowing that this, was bringing them closer.

Physically and mentally.
