Even though the girls admitted there feelings for one another they didn't go to sleep right away after last nights event. Instead they stayed downstairs most of the night not able to go to sleep because of their excitement to finally spend time together with no secrets or worries.

After spending most of the night cuddled on the couch together, talking and laughing, their feelings for each other were finally solidified. They were able to enjoy being with one another without the worry or denial in there head.

The truth set them free.

To Wanda the sun seemed to shine brighter this particular morning, still having a lot of energy from everything that happened she was able to rest but to also wake up early. She wanted to everything the two have done the past month all over again now that they were both open about their feelings.

She thought waking up in Y/n's arms was the best thing ever, and she wasn't disappointed when she felt Y/n's breathing pattern on the back of her neck. Wanda finally felt at home. She felt like it was okay to love again. Y/n gave her that hope.

Y/n took the deep breath as she was beginning to stir awake which pulled Wanda from her thoughts as she looked back at her soon the be partner laying next to her.

Turning over so Y/n wasn't facing her back she spoke softly as she rested her hand on Y/n's chest, "You're up early."

"I couldn't sleep in after everything last night." Y/n responded in her morning voice while Wanda giggled happily. "You know, I don't really want to do anything today. I need a break from the action"  She said putting her own hand over Wanda's.

"Now you know how we feel," she said softly as she turned her hand over to lock her fingers with Y/n's.

"Great it's settled. Everyone thinks I'm dead you and I can continue our..." she took a moment to think of the right word to use not wanting to force Wanda into something she may not want.

"Our what?" Wanda asked, knowing what she was going to say but just wanted to hear her say it.

"Our...mutual feelings. Thing. Unspoken-"

"It's hard for you to say it isn't it?" Wanda asked teasingly.

"No, I just don't want to say it because I want it to be special. And lying in bed, as comfortable as is, it's not the best place to ask you a thrilling question."

"I never took you as a romantic." She said, Y/n fixed her posture moving on her side leaning on her elbow.

"I'm classic not romantic." She corrected.

She nodded her head amused at Y/n's defensiveness, "Mmm maybe I have to rethink my feelings."

"Maybe..." Y/n made a bouquet of roses appear in her hand, "Or I could be a cheesy romantic if that's what you like." Wanda scrunched her nose taking the flowers and began hitting Y/n with them.

She laughed while grabbing a piece of the covers and tossing it over her head as Wanda giggled watching her reaction. Y/n moved further down the bed before finding Wandas feet then tickling them hoping that would distract Wanda from hitting her.

As Wanda moved her legs trying to get out of Y/n touch she let out the most lovable laugh making Y/n pause and admire it. That was one of her favorite things about Wanda, her smile and her laugh.

When she first started staying at the compound she noticed she didn't do that offended. Not only did Y/n help with making her smile, she helped Wanda with her grief, and she helped Wanda believe she would be okay.

After there late night talks they learned more information about one another, which both of them kept mental notes about the things they noticed in each other.

When Wanda was done Y/n moved the covers slightly to peek at Wanda who was already watching her. Y/n smiled softly sitting up next to her. When she did Wanda moved on top of Y/n straddling her once again resting her arms on Y/n's shoulders.

Leaning in, not for a kiss, but to rub her nose against Y/n's. They rested there foreheads together enjoying each others presence before the team wakes up. "Can we talk about how you still have my acorns." Y/n asked.

"I want to keep them, they're all so perfect." Wanda explained making Y/n smile.

"I know. It takes a lot of skill to find them, it should be a sport because how many times you have to et on your knees to find the perfect one then continue walking is a lot." Letting out a snicker Wanda lifted her head giving Y/n a soft kiss.

When they broke apart Wanda climbed off of Y/n and back to her side of the bed. "I don't want to make breakfast today," Wanda sighed but Y/n shook her head.

"I believe you owe me something special on my meal." Y/n said one hundred percent serious.

Wanda looked at Y/n's face for any sign of her joking but when she didn't see one just smiled. "We'll see. You might get some special or something regular." Wanda shrugged getting out of the bed walking out her room.
