"What are you doing up?" Wanda asked peaking her head into the meeting room with her hand on the side of the door lightly pushing it open.

Y/n was sitting in the meeting room with a few different foods in front of her silently sitting down picking at her options.

Before she had gone off the sleep her through a ran back to Tony, thinking about the relationship they had.

she sighed missing the connection but also was nervous about opening up to him to explain everything that she felt to him, but she wasn't ready even though she wanted to be.

Once she was able to go to sleep she tossed and turned in her bed, pillows getting knocked to the ground, she just felt uncomfortable.

She tired pulling the covers up more hoping it'll somehow bring her some relief but it did absolutely nothing. So, she sat up waiting a few seconds to get her mind right as she slipped out the bed.

Y/n put on a hoodie knowing it was cold this late at night outside her room and everywhere else. She closed her door quietly as she made her way into the hall.

The silence already being filled with the noise the AC was making through the vents. Y/n and started making her way down the hallway then the stairs.

She turned the lights on looking around trying to find something to keep her busy to keep her mind off her brother.

She went into the kitchen opening drawers and cabinets trying to find a pot. Once she did she filled it half way with tab water then placed it on the stove.

She grabbed a box of Pasta and poured it into a bowl getting ready to put it in once the water started to boil.

Once her pasta was done she poured the excess water out into the sink, then grabbed a jar of Alfredo sauce pouring it to mix with the pasta.

She moved it to a plate then went back into the pantry looking for a side to go with it when she came across pistachios.

Now to any other person they were just plan regular pistachios but to her they only reminded her more of Tony.

She reluctantly grabbed the bag, not expecting to eat them but just because. She looked over at the couch in the main room and mentally shook her head making her way into the meeting room.

If anyone came down they wouldn't know she was up, which was perfect given she didn't feel like talking. Until Wanda Maximoff came along.

She initially woke up when Y/n was digging through cabinets for pots but she stayed in her room waiting for the noise to stop before going back to bed.

The more she thought about it, the more she came to the conclusion that Y/n was up looking for something. She made her way down the stairs and we begin right where we left off.

Y/n cleared her throat, caught off guard by Wandas presence. "I...couldn't really sleep." She mumbled picking up her fork stabbing it in the middle of the plate before twirling it.

Wanda was silent at first as she made her way fully into the room. She walked over to the chair directly in front of Y/n watching as she avoided eye contact.

Wandas attention turned to the bag of drupes next to Y/n's elbow, she furrowed her brows confused as to why they were untouched but out.

She reached her hand over to the bag noticing how Y/n's eyes followed her hand until she realized what she was going for then turned her head back down.

Wanda hesitantly wrapped her hand around the bag pulling it closer in her direction, "You have something on your mind?" She asked pulling a few out.

"Everyone has something." She shrugged, "I don't want to waste your time." She said quickly giving Wanda a fake reassuring smile before dropping her head back down.

Wanda watched Y/n's expression drop as soon as she wasn't able to see her again, she read her body language to understand what was happening.

She nodded her head taking the shell off, placing the correct part in her mouth. "I have ears." She joked looking at Y/n for a reaction, "Trust me after growing up with Pietro you never get a chance to speak." She chuckled.

Y/n snickered a bit before it got quiet again. "I just-...I just miss him." she said quietly, picking at her food again.

"Tony?" Wanda questioned.

Y/n nodded her head placing the fork down and began rubbing her face to wake herself up more and to also hide her emotions coming through her eyes.

"But I'm not ready," She shook her head. "I've gotten used to not needing him, or wanting him...but now that I have the chance." She paused getting her thoughts together, "I miss us."

Wanda was left a bit speechless at Y/n's words, she's never seen her be so open about her emotions. She wanted to comfort her, more than anything. But she couldn't bring herself to speak or move allowing  an opening for a sarcastic joke that Y/n quickly jumped on.

"But that's life right? Growing up and growing apart...I'm just in a weird place." She said mainly to herself, she nodded in agreement, "Yeah, the feeling will leave soon."

With that she stood up from her chair collecting her things but before she could move Wanda said, "Or maybe you actually want to rekindle your relationship."

Y/n froze at her words, her eyes drifting nowhere and anywhere in the room as she thought about Wandas words. "That too is a possibility." she said forcing a smile as she walked out the room.
