Second updated of the day, and this one is shorter than usual because the next chapter is the break out and it'll be long so I didn't really want incorporate this one with that chapter haha so basically this is a small filler.

(y/n)'s POV
I got in the elevator, and luckily I wasn't alone, "Do you think you can scan your card for me and press floor five?" I asked the nurse who was going up to the third floor, "I forgot my badge in my office and I really don't want to walk all the way back." I grinned sheepishly.

She nodded with a sweet smile, "Of course," She scanned her card and pressed the fifth floor button for me, "You do know you'll have to scan to get back down right?" She asked with furrowed brows when the elevator doors closed.

"I'll just ask one of the security guards," I shrugged - innocently chuckling, "I only need to check on a patient for a moment."

She seemed to buy into everything I said, and didn't ask me any questions for the short ride to the third floor. We had a bit of small talk involving the long day we both had, but nothing worth noting, "Have a good night." She waved as she stepped out of the elevator.

"You as well," I nodded politely.

The doors closed and I watched impatiently as the digital numbers rose higher, until landing on my awaited destination. I've grown incredibly attached to Anakin, so going a day without him like I did today made me anxious - like each of my senses craved him in a way. His sweet scent, his soft touch, his silky smooth voice, the taste of his lips, and the image of his angelic features.

I've fallen for him harder than I've ever fallen for anyone - and it was consuming me and my every thought.

The doors opened and I squeezed through them before they could open fully - already pulling out my keycard that I really did bring with me. I reached Anakin's cell, and much to my surprise - Rex was still here.

I knitted my brows as I approached him, "What are you still doing here?"

"Late shift." He answered simply with a smirk, while scanning his own card to allow me into the room.

"Thank you," I nodded as I stepped inside and he quickly closed the door behind me before any other guards walked by.

I was immediately pushed up against the wall and I couldn't help but giggle with excitement when my eyes met Anakin's, "Hi sweetheart." He whispered with a smile that I returned as he lowered his face down and pressed his lips to mine. His hands slowly lingered upwards and he wrapped them around my neck gently.

The butterflies in my stomach danced while I got an intense rush throughout my body - his kiss making my knees weak.

I was so in love with him.

It felt scary to admit that to myself, but it also felt right, like he is where my heart has always belonged.

I wrapped my arms around him and held onto him tight - never wanting to let him go. This kiss lasted longer than our usual greetings - his lips moved hungrily as his tongue brushed against my lips; requesting entry. I obliged and allowed him in to deepen the kiss - his body pressing me into the wall, and I could feel a familiar bulge forming.

Finally, since both of us no longer had any air left in our lungs - we broke away from the kiss, our breathing heavy as our eyes stayed locked, "I guess you really did miss me." I chuckled as I gazed up at him in adoration.
