Chapter 17: Mina Is Here To Help!

Mina arrived in less than ten minutes which was pretty quick. Her house, that she lived in with Eijirou, was close by too which was good. Once at the tall gate, she rang the buzzer and waited for someone to answer. Mina was let inside by Shouto who had been waiting for her along with Izuku by the gate of the Todoroki estate.

"Welcome, I'm glad you came." Shouto said

"I am too! Your house looks so traditional!" Mina told him as they made their way inside after taking their shoes off at the genken

They went back to his room as they chatted. Shouto provided Mina with some tea and they got to business as the mood changed into a serious, but still comfortable one.

"Okay, so you like Sero. How'd that happen?" Mina asked after they got settled on the floor with cushions under their butts near the Chabudai the two toned haired teen set up

"I don't know, love at first sight maybe?" Shouto said with a light blush

"Are you sure about liking him though?" She asked again

"Of course." The boy immediately answered

"Well... Good for you then cause he's single!" She cheered up with a clap

Izuku and Shouto sighed in relief. That was great news, that means the heir to the Todoroki empire had at least some sort of chance.

"He's bisexual too so no worries on that part." Mina added with a smile

"Okay, thank you." Shouto nodded with a small relieved smile

"Well, we're not done yet." Mina stated, catching the two boys' attention

"If you like someone, you try to lure them into liking you too." She told them

"L- lure?" Izuku asked, he's gonna learn so much here

"Yes, lure. We never know for sure if the person we like likes us back. For us to get the answer that we want without confessing upfront, we try to get their attention." She said

"Observe them first, then try to make efforts and make things happen out of those observations that you did." Mina added

"For example, they mention their favorite food, remember it! And the next time you want to eat together, surprise them by making them their favorite dish. They like it if we remember little stuff, small details about them." The pink girl said

"Remember, happiness cannot only be given by things. Just remembering small details might make their hearts flutter." Mina told them

"Example, you're talking with them, and then there's this distant memory that they told you about before and it's related to the thing you're talking about with them, say that and get their reaction. If it's good, that's a turn in the right direction, if it's bad, try again, if it's neutral, same thing, try again." She told them, making the two nod as they listen intently

"What you're looking for here is not an answer, you'll have to wait for that. Just get their attention first, then their trust and treasure it, then slowly but surely take their heart and cherish it with all of your will." She firmly stated

"You won't get anywhere if you're rushing things. If you do that, everything will just fall apart and nothing good will come out of it." Mina said

"Get their reactions, analyze if it's good or bad, if it's backhanded or neutral, try again and again till you succeed." The pink girl informed

"But don't get too happy when you've gotten one success, repeat it again and again till they fully trust you. Don't ever betray them." Mina said

"If things don't work out, that's where you try to clarify things. Talk about it with them, they'll understand." She told them

"That's the point where you'll tell them your feelings or intentions cause they'd be so confused if you don't tell them, they'll think you're using them for some kind of ploy or it's all just a prank." Mina said

"They'll hate you if that's your reason." She harshly told them since she needed to

"Make sure you're genuine and sure of your reasons. That way, in case things go badly, you'll have a backup plan." The pink girl told them

"Speaking of backup plans, it's better to prepare loads of them." She suggested

"Who knows what happens right? It's better to be ready for anything than to be sorry for nothing." Mina said

"Good luck though! I'll be the best wingwoman there is!" She reassured them

"Thank you Mina, I really appreciate it." Shouto said with a smile

"I- I le- learned a lo- t. Th- thank y- you." Izuku added

"Glad I could help! Do you have any other questions?" Mina asked

The boys answered in unison with a shake of their heads.

"Good! If there's anything, just message me!" She smiled

"Oh right, I gotta give you my number so you can update me!" She said, grabbing her phone as well as Shouto

The two exchanged numbers with a smile and thanked the other.

Mina then got a message from her boyfriend, Eijirou, saying that he and Katsuki were going to have a bro day which definitely made her smile and giggle.

She replied after reading the message, telling him that that's okay, they should have fun and that to be careful to which the redhead replied with the same notion.

After that, Izuku, Shouto and Mina walked around the huge house. They were basically on a house tour with the two toned haired boy as their guide.

They were easily amazed with anything their eyes caught on, the lights, the ceiling, the flooring, the walls, the interior design, even Shouto's siblings that were in the house, just literally everything here, they thought were cool which of course was.

They walked outside, by the Zen garden as they chatted while eating snacks and drinks brought to them by Fuyumi, Shouto's eldest sister and second child of the family.

They talked a bit about Shouto's father, Endeavor or Enji Todoroki is his full name, who's away, again, for a business trip with his assistant, Hawks or in real life, just Keigo Takami.

His mother took a vacation to her hometown to visit family and relax since her husband wasn't at home and she didn't have anything else to do. She trusts Fuyumi to take care of her other siblings so she doesn't have to worry about anything.

Natsuo, Shouto's older brother, is at work. He's not living with them anymore since he's living with his girlfriend turned fiancé just two months ago.

They chatted a lot more until Mina and Izuku had to go home so they bid their goodbyes then went their separate ways after leaving the gate to the Todoroki estate. Both of them got home quickly and safely.

Katsuki and Eijirou had a great day as well. They enjoyed their "bro time" as the redhead called. They parted after leaving the arcade and saying goodbye. The sun was setting and the sky was turning dark as they made their way home.

Shouto...

Katsuki...

Izuku...

They have their plans already kind of, what will happen once they've started their move? Will it end in failure or success? Izuku sure hopes he doesn't fail, Katsuki knows he'll succeed, and Shouto he's not exactly sure what to do.
