Chapter 41: Coveted Bakugou Katsuki

Izuku walks inside the campus, holding onto his bag straps. Katsuki had just left after driving him to school with his baby which was a his motorbike named Dyna. He was so nice to even do that for him when he didn't have to. They even spent the night and ate breakfast together. He was having quite an episode after his encounter with Yo and Neito. He was embarrassed that he ran to Katsuki after that but he was glad to have been able to have someone, other than his mother or their friends, that he can go to at times like that.

He felt so shy having Katsuki take him to school although he looked really cool riding his motorcycle. The greenette was now much more aware of how toned the blonde is because his arms were around him during the whole ride. He promises he's not weird about it! It was just embarrassing! Right now though, as he walks further into campus, he sees people mumbling and whispering while they glance at the main entrance slash exit of the school then at him. It felt really disturbing, were they talking about him? Was it about something he did? Did Yo and Neito tell them anything? Oh he hopes they don't, he doesn't want to move away once again. 

Soon enough, he got to their designated classroom. When he stepped inside, he noticed that Neito wasn't there yet so he was relieved but every other classmate of his looked at him. He shifted on his feet before he hurried to his seat where his other friends were waiting.

"Oh my god... not this again." Izuku mumbled to himself as he slumped on his table

"What do you mean?" Tsuyu asked

"People are looking at me, Neito must've said something." The green haired male told her

"Oh, it isn't that. If it was, I would've known about it." Ochako said, crossing her arms

"Then why is everyone looking at me like I did something?" Izuku asked

"It must be because you were seen with Bakugou." Tenya told him

"Kacchan?" He said, confused

"Yep, him. He's famous in U.A." Ochako added

"I didn't know that..." Izuku muttered

"Well, we know now. We thought you did, we were so surprised when you introduced him to us." Tsuyu said

"He's not exactly celebrity famous but decently so. He was an excellent student, known as a brash one but no one could get past him. He's also handsome so I'm sure other students were attracted to him. Even now." Tenya also said as Izuku listened

"Ka- Kacchan's f- famous?" Izuku questioned as he blushed. Now that just makes it seem like he's way more out of his league.

"Yeah, and we heard he drove you to school?" Ochako asked teasingly as she nudged him

"Other students are probably jealous." Tsuyu giggled as the brunette agreed

"He j- just dr- drove me... no- nothing s- special." Izuku told them as he looked away

"Well, he wouldn't drive you if you didn't ask or he didn't suggest which you agreed to." Ochako said with a grin

"Let's not tease Izuku." The megane cleared his throat

"Oh shush, you know you're just as intrigued." The brunette lightly pushed him

"Ah- I am indeed intrigued but I would never force information out of anyone." He stated

"It's not forcing, it's playful teasing. Besides, it's obvious that there's something going on." Ochako giggled as the three looked at Izuku

He looked away, embarrassed.
"N- nothing's go- going on.." He defended

"Right..." Tsuyu teasingly narrowed his eyes 

"It doesn't feel like you're saying the truth, Izuku~" The brown haired girl said, pushing Izuku slightly 

"T- the- there's re- really n- nothing!" He said, blushing even more

"I j- just... spe- spent the n- night t- there..." The male greenette added shyly which made his friends react all differently

Tsuyu's eyes widened as Tenya choked on his own saliva and cleared his throat then looked like he was going to scold Izuku while Ochako covered his mouth and squealed then lightly shook the green haired man who was still embarrassed.

"What?!" Ochako asked

"Why don't we let Izuku explain first? Because I am truly confused." Tenya suggested, he needs to know if he's going to give a lecture on pre marital intercourse or if they are taking anything out of context

"Of course, can you tell us how it came to that?" Tsuyu questioned as they looked over at him

Izuku hesitated, not because he's nervous but more because he's shy and he will surely stutter so much as soon as he starts talking. His friends look like they don't mind though but he's still embarrassed. Either way, he decided to tell them what had happened. Starting with him running into Neito and Yo, what they had said which made his friends feel angry and also guilty that because they weren't there, there wasn't anyone who helped him get through that. He told them that it was okay and that they didn't have to feel guilty because he's okay now then continued on with the story.

He told them how he went straight to Katsuki's house without even knowing, how he was welcomed with open arms by both the blonde and his parents who were very kind that they even went ahead and served him good food that helped with comforting him but Katsuki was the real hero, he was so okay with helping the smaller even though he had wet his clothes from the crying yet he continued to hug him and provide warmth, that he's there. Izuku felt really loved and cared for then, even now that he's reminiscing it, he had a fond smile on his face. He didn't include any other details other than that the morning came, Katsuki made delicious breakfast for the both of them then he offered that he drives Izuku to school which he shyly agreed to. After that, they got themselves ready and he was introduced to Dyna (Katsuki's motorcycle) then they had a good ride to school.

"Ha, that sounds so romantic~" Ochako dreamily said

"Indeed." Tenya agreed for once because even he was slightly blushing. He didn't think Katsuki would be like that especially the rumors he's heard of the man that long graduated from U.A

"We're glad that he was there to comfort you when we weren't." Tsuyu added with a smile

"I a- am to- too." Izuku mumbled, giving a smile back

Classes started soon after that but now... how can he pursue his feelings for Katsuki when he was known all around the school? He's already perfect, he's good looking, talented, nice to be around, sweet and kind in his own way as well as thoughtful also even though it doesn't look like it, he was just great through and through! With Izuku... he was just him. He felt self-conscious, he wasn't all the special in his mind, just someone average not knowing that for the blonde, he seemed like an angel. Before he gets too deep into it, he shook his head and focused on their lessons.

A/N: Since we weren't able to publish last week, we'll publish two this week so we can take a quick break for Christmas :DDD
