Chapter- 69

*THIRD PERSON P.O.V*

Lisa's peach blossom eyes widened and her lips parted to say something but the other didn't let her speak.

"Save your words for later use." The male chuckled softly.

"I had been waiting for you to say those words for three years now, you know?" The person had said and it took Lisa a while to process what he meant.

"Hobi hyung..." Lisa whispered softly, her eyes lowered shyly.

Hoseok chuckled softly and grabbed her chin gently. Lisa's eyes moved upward, very slowly and Hoseok swear that he is not going to forget this scene for ages.

"I think it's time, I take things in my hand." Hoseok mumbled lowly and smiled.

"So---" Lisa covered his lips with her palm and stopped him.

She slowly shook her head and mumbled, "No, let me. I want to say it."

Hoseok laughed lowly and nodded.

"Hyung, I like you very much. From the past three years, I've liked you and I am not sure if I can still call it 'like' at this point, it's probably much more than that." Lisa finally said those words that had been hidden in her heart for too long.

Her head lowered after she was done. She slowly looked up and saw the most happiest and brightest smile on Hoseok's voice.

Her lips parted, "...You?"

Hoseok cupped her face and said, "Yes! Yes, I like you too. And have liked you for the last three years now. And I am very sure that this feeling doesn't stop at liking. I can confidently say that I,"

He took a deep breathe and mumbled the words that had Lisa's breathe knocked out of her chest.

"I love you."

Lisa's eyes slowly watered and Hoseok connected their lips.

They moved their lips in sync, a smile on Hoseok's face while tears flowing from Lisa's eyes.

When they finally parted, Hoseok leaned in and kissed her tears.

"No more tears, my love. I want to see you only smiling." Hoseok whispered and Lisa pressed a kiss on his palm.

"I can't believe that these fools took three years to confess, Joonie." They heard Jin's voice.

They turned their heads and saw Jin, Namjoon and Yoongi standing there.

Jin and Namjoon were holding hands and Jin was leaning on Namjoon's shoulder while Yoongi was standing with a glass of wine in his hand and a smile on his face.

Namjoon nodded, "It's a long time, really."

Lisa's cheeks flushed and she hid her face in Hoseok's chest. Hoseok laughed fondly and stroked her hair.

"Do you take us as fools? We knew that you two definitely felt something for each other and that marriage thing was just a push I did to make you two confess." Namjoon revealed and Lisa's face turned even more red.

Hoseok smiled, "As expected of our smart leader."

Namjoon narrowed his eyes and clenched his jaw, "Don't you dare say that. Do you even take me as your leader. Doing thing without even informing me. Don't think that I am done with you yet."

Hoseok gulped and laughed nervously.

"Can someone tell me again why I am here?"  A confused Jimin asked Jungkook for the fifth time now who was sitting beside him as he scrunched up his nose.
