Chapter twelve

MARIAH'S POV

Shit shit shit

I woke up this morning with blood on my sheets and pants.

"SHIT SHIT SHITTTTTT" I shout a little too loud. I'm pretty sure China could hear. And that's far.

I heard somone run up the stairs and knock on my door loudly.

"You okay in there darling? I heard you shout and just wasn't sure what was happening." Ethan's voice sounded through the door.

I got up off my bed and ran to the door slightly cracking it not wanting him to come or see in.

"Uhm, yea. Well no but yea I guess" I said shyly not wanting him to know, even though he would probably understand I didn't want to tell.

He gave me a confused look and just shrugged before speaking up again.

"Alright. Well I guess if you need anything you can just ask me for it, you know that don't you?"

I nodded a yes agreeing. I wanted to tell but I was just so scared.

I was never in this position before. I had always carried a backpack to take with me but when I left to 'meet' Leonix at the park I just forgot.

Ethan nodded and walked away, shortly after I closed my door and locked it.

Wandering to my closet I looked to see if there was a spare change of sheets. Of course that wasn't.

Great

I grabbed a change of clothes and walked to the bathroom turning the shower on and striping off my clothing.

I got in the shower and washed my body,hair, and shaved.

Thank god there were razors in here.

I turned the water off and got out drying off and putting a tissue in my underwear,slipping them on along with the rest of my clothes.

I fixed the mess of my hair and walked out leaving the dirty clothing on the bathroom floor.

I gathered the courage and walked down the stairs to the living room where I assumed Ethan was.

I was wrong. It was just Leonix and my brother.

I walked over to my brother to ask for a change of sheets. Surely he would understand right?

I got down to his level and whispered in his ear

"Is there any changes of sheets anywhere?"

He looked over his shoulder and looked at me with a confused expression painted on his face.

"For what?" He asked, I did the big eye thing girls do when they don't wanna say.

That only made him more confused and made him turn to Leonix.

Leonix turned to look at Marcus, "what did she do now?" Leonix asks looking mad and irritated.

"I don't think she did anything she just said if there was a change of sheets somewhere "

Then they both painted there faces with confused expression's.

Omg, can they get any stupider

I huffed and rolled my eyes

"I NEED SHEETS WHY DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND HAVE YOU NEVER HAD A GIRLFRIEND BEFORE" I shouted and fell to the floor covering my face with my hands

I heard steps coming from the stairs coming towards me

"Okay, stand up. Tell me what's wrong will you" I look up to see Ethan standing there looking down on me

"THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND ETHAN TELL THEM EXPLAIN PLEASE." I shouted again

"Okay, calm down. Tell them what? What happened Mariah?" He asks in a calm gentle voice

I stood up and pushed him down to my level so I could whisper in his ear

"I'm on my period and there's nothing here for me, and it's on my sheets. I don't want anyone to be mad"

He stood back up to his height and smiled at me and walked over to Leonix whispering something in his ear.

Leonix's eyes widened and he said "there in the closet of the laundry room. Sorry I didn't know." He stated pulling out his phone quickly texting away

An hour later i Heard- the front door open and slam shut

"OKAY WHERE LEONIX, WHERE IS SHE" the person states I'm assuming it's mom or sister or someone because it's a girl voice.

"Upstairs to the left by my room." Leonix shouts

I instantly hear someone running up the steps, and all of a sudden my door swings open. There stands a blonde girl holding different bags of many things.

"Hi, sorry to bother but I got here as soon as I could. I brought you everything I use and a couple more things. I'm Danika, Leonix's sister " she say's while showing a bright smile

I smile back and thank her before she speaks up again

"I think we are going to be best friends. The iconic Blonde and Brunette duo" she quickly says while jumping on my bed plopping down next to me.

I dig in the bag and grab what I need before scurrying off to the bathroom.

I come back out and Danika is already on my tv

"So, I see you've found the remote I've been missing." I spoke up trying to hold in my laugh

She giggles "yea, It was in the drawer silly" she say's making me laugh. Making us both bust into laughter

" wanna have a sleep over in my room Tonight? I'm staying here for a while" she spoke changing the channels on the tv

I nod yes quicker than I have before

"YES OMG YES" I screeched making us both laugh again, we stayed laughing clutching our stomachs

"Ok ok, C'mon" she say's while dragging me on the floor down the hall to her door and she opens it making me jump off the floor

"Woahhhhh, this is amazing Danika" I say while looking around her big room.

"Thanks, I did it myself. Well, my mom helped a bit but I did the most" she say's smiling while I looked around

We watched a few movies and dozed off while laying on top of eachother

Her arms and legs were tangled with mine, but I didn't mind.

I only knew her for a few hours and she was already my best friend.
