Virus's side

Virus folded his mechanical arms to fit himself in the cramp space of the transport ship. The pilot was mostly silent. He called higher authority before, talking about securing Virus's body.

Virus sighed as he looked out the windows to the stars. "What's going to happen next...I failed...horribly too." Virus thought. He looked at his partially burnt hand and closed it, "At least I killed Warden. Hopefully the planet defences are low enough to beat." Virus reassured himself quietly.

Virus turned his head as he rested his aching body on the metal frame of the ship. He sighed as he went to sleep, after a long fight.
Guess I'll have to face the consequences...
Maybe this will be the last moment I get to really rest.

Brawlers' side:

Larry looked around anxiously for approaching hostile ships. "Nothing so far." Surge scouted as he landed from flight. Piper aimed around as she saw a silhouette of a grey boxy ship.

"Hey! Over here! Looks like a ship." Larry came over to Piper's side as a ship came into view.
"That ship bears the Rapien logo- check the crew pilot." Larry affirmed. Piper scoped out the ship as she followed it and saw a fatigued rapien that looked proper before but now looked messy as well as a man with completely white skin, wearing shades. "Bob's here! He's in the ship.

Larry looked up and pulled out a binocular-like device from his coat. He looked at it and nodded. "Where are the others?" Max came by from the question, "They are arriving, but injuries are slowing them down-I'll be going to speed then up." Max chattered as her voice became distant, sound fading away as she ran for the other brawlers.

...

Leon was fiddling with a spinner blade as he heard discussion. He looked towards Larry as Cam conversed with the detective. He looked towards the gloomy sky as the boxy ship closed. "Hey! Our transports here, we can get the heck out of here!" But as Leon celebrated, he realised something awfully hard to look at on the ship.

Metal pieces were flying off and one part of the side doors were patched with other material. While the ship came gliding down closer, a sudden burst of orange and red lights blasted into the side of the ship. Causing cracks in the solid hull. The ship turned to avoid another two similar consecutive laser bursts.

Leon stood up and shouted for the others. "Guys! The ship's under attack!" Leon emphasised as he pointed to the ship which was slowly loosing speed.

Larry followed Leon's lead and saw the scratched ship. "That's definitely not good." Larry took out his gun and switched it to assault mode. A translucent scope appeared before materialising on the weapon. He aimed and fired at the ship but the projectiles did not even grazed the air being cut through.

"Darn it...I can't help. Piper, try firing." Piper aimed and fired, but the pursuing ship was unharmed.

The pursuing ship was a dark and bland red that looked a little brown. It was the smaller ship of the two but it had a sharp nose that replaced any sign of a cockpit. It looked like a ram and there were other shard edges on the sides. The engines had lightly luminous cyan flames and it traveled faster than the boxy larger ship. There were no signs of windows.

The large boxy ship was grey with black outlines and had a diagonal flat cockpit where two pilots may seat. It's mid body was long and wide and had four small guns mounted from metal windows. There were also normal windows between the guns. There were sliding doors at the sides and at the pilot seat. The back was smaller and had a cargo loading bay. Having the flap at the back to make a ramp. There were four engines, with the back engines being able to rotate and the front being able to extend wings out. There were also plates below the ship that were landing gear and hovering pads.
