(I know I have told spree and disappeared for the last five days, but I think I also told you that I was sick. Your writer babu has some bad sinus issues which cause her headaches and facial aches every now and then. If you know any long term permanent solutions, please tell me. Here is the next part. I won't use the term spree, but take the updates as and when I upload. Thanks for your patience. :))

After lunch, once again I got back to my recliner on the porch with my book. The February sun being not very harsh facilitated for Bondita's and my reading sessions outside the house. We generally sat in front of our respective portions of the house to do our works. We served like two pillars sitting on either end of the porch, facing each other. Well, this day was a little different from the regular days as I was the only one reading while Bondita was busy with the preparations for Bharatnatyam exam.

When it was almost 3'o clock in the afternoon, her friends poured in. They were all ready in their costumes and looked great. They definitely gave the impression of the divine beings and brought a serene vibe to the environment. May be, this is what the beauty of the feminine is. Nature and women, who are also the manifestations of Nature, are magnificent, grand and divine. They are like festivals that are ought to be celebrated for all their glory and who bring joy to everyone around them.

The girls who came to meet their friend Bondita, saw me in the compound and greeted me bashfully. It was very clear from their body language that they were shy to come in front of me in their special costumes. So, in order to ease them, I said, "Girls, you look so good in these costumes, just like goddesses. All the best for your performances.". Saying this, I got up from my chair to give them space but was stopped by Meenakshi, a slightly bolder one in the group.

"Thank you master.", said Meenakshi, while the others nodded as if they also wanted to convey the same.

Then came Radhika, the enchanted being, who is enchanted by me precisely. I came to know this through her brother who said that she was deeply touched by my principles, the way I teach and henceforth became my devotee, who it seems continuously praised me in front of her family. Her brother was also my student who equally admired me. I couldn't help but laugh listening to his confession. At the same time, their affection and innocence melted my heart too.

Radhika spoke, "Master, I have practiced simple and compound interest thoroughly. Recently I have started helping my father in calculating the money that he gives for interest and spotted big mistakes that were being made previously by the accountant. My father was so happy and praised me that I became the Lakshmi of the house in the true terms."

"Very good, Radhika. I am so proud of you. Always keep shining and growing just like this. I hope now people will realise why a woman should get educated.", I said.

By then, the girls felt comfortable around me and assured that I can stay wherever I was plus there was absolutely no need to lock myself inside the house.

"Anirudh master, I started fabricating big sentences in English. My parents are very pleased with this improvement. Although initially they didn't realise the use of teaching me English, of late, they are happy when I started reading English boards and spoke small sentences fluently.", Gopika shared her experience.

"Great job, Gopika, very good. Keep learning. All the best.", I wished her.

I have almost wound up their tuitions because we were going to leave Madras within the next one and a half month. Since we planned that after Bondita's final exams  we would be going to London. Besides, in that one and half month, I wished to give my complete attention to Bondita's school finals and the pre-university examination that is used to get her admitted in London University. This was probably the last day when I thought I can leisurely talk to my students. After this, I have planned to conduct a small test and bid them goodbye forever.
