"Stop Stop..." Luke whispers breathily.
We halt to take our breaths.
He's leaning on me, the wall behind me is supporting both of us.
Our foreheads are touching and our eyes closed.
The heat of this delirious impact has caused sweat to prickle down my back.
I can't see, think, or hear anything apart from my wild heart beats and Luke's nefarious sharp intakes of air.

I inch my head backwards and let it lean by the wall.

"What have we done..." He speaks and when I open my eyes he was staring at me with a pained expression.
One that was full of guilt.

"Should we feel guilty?" I ask in a hesitant whisper.
He eyes me ephemerally before letting his mouth hang open.
"Are you-feeling guilty?" He regards me.
I take no time to shake my head inferring a no.
My eyes wandering between his luscious swollen lips and his dark eye pools.

He backs away from me.

The cold air gushes through the place he left vacant.
"But this is not good..." He says.
I search his eyes for clarity.
What was he thinking?
Or rather, what was he expecting?
We longed for this to happen!
At least I longed for it...
Ever since that dream.

"What do you mean?" I ask and he starts pacing around, wiping his damp forehead.

He threw me unsure looks that tugged at my heart.
I felt anxious.
What just happened?
Did he kiss me because of a momentary urge?
Didn't he mean it?

From the looks he gave me I thought...

"Luke?" He instantly interrupts me.

"Emma let's go. Lets just-" He paces around gathering our stuff.

"Come on." He calls for me by the door.

I let my thoughts toss and turn and tug at my heart but eventually follow him.

I was on the verge of crying...

We hit the road with not another word said.

"Luke, why are we here?" I ask when I notice we've reached Perch lounge.

"Don't you want to join them?" He asks before leaving the car.

What was I supposed to say?
No? Not really?
Except, I currently needed a getaway from Luke.

I leave the car on his cue.

We head upstairs to where the bar was.

"Luke..." Erik exclaims.
"What happened to working late?" He asks.

"Hey! I thought you were sick." Andrea speaks to me.
"I felt better so I thought we would join." I smile at her and Stacey, who was giving me suspicious looks.

"Want to dance?" Stacey chirps.

And I nod before she takes me onto a narrow dance floor.
When we get away from the other's sights I tug at her hand taking her farther away and into the ladies loo.

"I knew it!" She hisses at me.
"Knew what?" I flare.

"Knew-this!" She lightly taps on my lips with a finger and I flush crimson.
"God I hope no one else noticed!" I tell her frightened.
"You kissed?" She speaks seriously now.

"Yes!" I sigh in pure passion upon the recall.
"But he-" My voice croaks and my face wrinkles.

"He what?" She passes me a worried look.

"I think he regretted it. Or maybe, he did it at an impulse. Maybe he didn't feel a thing for it!" I speak in haste.

"What kind of probabilities are those!" She exclaims.
"You don't know any of that!" She speaks again.
