"Hey, babe," Han smiled, hugging me from my back.

"Oh, hi, there," I smiled busily, working on my homework. "What's up?"

"Any plans for tonight?" He asked.

"I have this terrible calculus test I don't fucking understand anything for on Monday. That was basically my plan," I nodded.

"Oh," he nodded. "You remember my brother?"

"Of course I do," I said. "What about him?"

"He's throwing a house party tonight," he suggested. "And I wanted to go. Wanna go with me?"

I gave a wry look, but he was trying to get me out of studying. "Don't overwork yourself, Y/N. It doesn't end up nice most of the times."

He was right. This party was going to be the only thing that could convince me into leaving the house. Han and I have been a couple for almost a year, and I still don't feel that "spark" between us. I mean, sure, he's sweet n' all, and he's really kind and caring, but I just don't feel that "bliss" yet. When we kiss, hug, or whatever, there's always a spark or detail missing. Now, what is this "spark" or "bliss"? Now, I'm not really sure. I'd say maybe an extra beat in my heart, or maybe a thousand more in just seconds. Who knows? I've always felt like there was something missing in my life.

"I guess you're right," I shrugged.

Han smiled. "Okay, get ready, and uh... let's leave in like an hour, 'kay?"

I nodded. "Sure."

Han left the room and left me all by myself in my room. I sighed, and looked at myself in the mirror; I had dark circles around my eyes and my cheeks were fully red. I couldn't recognize myself. Maybe this could be my chance to de-stress and get put.

I pulled a nice, short dress I had from my closet, a David Koma I had never worn before. I had it saved for, maybe, a time whenever I wasn't feeling okay. This was that time.

I did my makeup—something simple— and just put my shoes on. By the time I put my shoes on, I looked at myself in the mirror and smiled. Finally, there was the me I had lost.

Han got in the room and smiled sweetly. I got up from putting on my shoes and smiled. "There's my pretty girl."

I smiled back, and he held my waist tightly. "So, what do you say? We come back here after the party, cuddle, watch a movie, I start kissing you, and leads to more?"

I smiled back, grabbing his hands and unfurling them from my waist. "Nice try, Don Jon, but let's see where the night leads us to, hm?"

Han smiled and giggled. "Yes, ma'am. Now, let's go, shall we?"

Alas we got into Han's car, and he wouldn't stop looking at me. There was this look in his eyes that I caught immediately, but did I dig it? I don't know the answer to that.
