"You're the sweetest couple!" Mamá Mariana sobbed as she walk closer. Bumeso ito sa kanya at maliit siyang ngumiti dito.
Seriously, they're all hallucinating. Where's the sweet part on their wedding? Ni hindi niya naalalang nagngitian sila ni Magnus. They are even looking coldly towards each other. Where's the sweetest in there? Mamá Mariana is just overreacting.
"Congratulations! Welcome to the Sebastian family, anak. I wish I could say welcome to our family, but I won't be a Sebastian soon. Divorce is on the way." Mariana smiled with a hint of sadness but trying to conceal with her wide smile.
"I said there's no divorce, Mariana." Mariing saad ng ama ni Magnus na lumapit sa kanila gamit ang high-tec wheelchair nito.
Pwede naman palang wala ng magtulak at automatik na, why did Mama Mariana pushed his wheelchair n'ong namanhikan sila?
"Shut up, dickhead! I still haven't forgive you for tricking me to push your damn wheelchair. Kung alam ko lang ay tinulak na kita." Pagsusungit ng eleganteng babae saka bumaling sa kanya at ngumiti bago nagpaalam na umalis.
"Papá, stop making a scene." Malamig na saway ni Magnus sa ama.
The old man innocently gasped.
"Huh? I'm not! The gold digger's just overreacting." Pagmaang-maangan ni Dozen.
The gold digger doesn't even sound as insult anymore. Is that a nickname for each other? Weird.
Magnus just tsked.
"Anyways, congratulations! Sana matiisan niyo ang kalamigan ng isa't-isa. I already sent my gift into your house. And Hera?"
"Papa." She remain attentive.
"Welcome to the messy family of the Sebastian."
Magaang ngumiti siya ng tipid at bahagyang yumuko bilang paggalang. Dozen bid his goodbye. Lumapit naman na ang magulang niya.
"My gorgeous baby..." His father said and hugged her tight.
Sinalikan nito ang sintido niya at saka lumayo. His eyes were a bit red. Is her Daddy crying? She's just married! Why are they so overreacting as if it's her last day or big day or something!
"Dad, please..." She groaned when she already predicted what he gonna say.
"What? I can't help to be emotional. Parang kahapon lang ay karga-karga pa kita." Sabi ng ama.
She might not show it but she's overwhelmed hearing that. Ang bilis nga talaga ng panahon but his Dad should really don't be that emotional. Kinasal lang naman siya, hindi pa sa pagmamahal. She'll still be Hera Benjamin that everyone knows.
"N'ong nagmarch ikaw, muntik na akong mapasigaw na anak ko 'yan!" Her mother said and hugged her.
"Mom, no..." She groaned.
Ganito ba talaga kapag ikinasal ang tao? Everyone's acting weird.
"Akala ko tatandang dalaga ka na, eh! Tapos hindi ako magkaka-apo sa 'yo." Her mother sobbed.
Uminit ang pisngi niya sa sinabi nito. Umabot ata ng talampakan niya ang init. And Magnus was even listening! May multong ngisi ito sa labi saka bumaling sa ama niyang kinakausap ang binata.
"M-mom, baby is not part of our plan." Mahinang tanggi niya sa ina.
"Sus! Sabi mo nga ayaw mong pagpakasal pero napapayag ka ni Magnus. Kaya mapapayag ka na naman ni Magnus na magbuntis!" Her mother said exaggeratedly.
"Buntis? Sinong buntis?" Lolo Gun asked as if that's the only he heard from her mother's word.
"Si Hera ba?" Tita Caria gasped.
