Nag-bangayan pa sila sandali kung sino ang susundin. Gusto niyang mauna na lang dahil may isang araw siyang trabaho doon. A business meeting whole day. Ayaw niyang pasamahin ang binata dahil mabuburyo lang ito kakahintay sa kanya ng isang araw.
But now, they're both settled on his private plane. He wants to attend the seminar, too. Silbi sasama-sama lang ito sa kanya.
"What organization are you handling in the underground?" Biglang tanong ng binata.
She's playing with the knife on her hand because she'll be bored the whole ride. Nagpalagay na rin siya ng dart board kung saan niya ita-target ang maliit na kutsilyo.
"You know that there's rule im underground organization right? Never talk about it outside the HQ. I'm loyal on my organization even if you're my husband." Sabi niya at tinatantya ang pagpapatama ng kutsilyo sa board.
"You might hit the window." Pang-aasar ng binata sa kanya.
But she darted the knife and it perfectly stabbed on the center of the board.
Lumingon siya dito.
"I never missed." Malamig na saad niya at kumuha pa ng baril na lilinisin.
"Is that what you'll do on your free time? Cleaning your weapons?" Usisa nito lalo pa't ayaw niyang matulog sa biyahe. She'll just spent the hours by cleaning her own weapons.
"Yeah. It's fun." Tipid na saad niya at patuloy sa paglilinis.
"That's your definition of fun? Hindi ka naman mukhang masaya." Puna nito.
She look at him blankly.
"Anong gusto mo? Nakangisi ako habang naglilinis nito?" Pamimilosopo niya.
How can she smile when she's not use to it, plus cleaning her gun means using it, ibig sabihin may patatamaan na naman siya.
Magnus tss-ed and continue reading on his news paper. Siya naman ay pinagpatuloy ang paglilinis.
"Do you feel bad about your wrecked building?" She asked in the middle of silence.
"You think I'll feel good seeing my company building bombed into pieces?" Malamig na saad nito na mahihimigan ng sarkasmo.
"Tss. You just seem unproblematic." Anas niya.
"Kailan ba ako nagpakita ng emosyon, Hera Sebastian?" Malamig na tanong nito habang nanatili pa rin ang mata sa binabasa.
Napairap na lang siya dito at tinago na ang baril sa may case. Itinabi niya iyon saka sumandal sa sofa at pinikit ang mata.
"Actually, it's an advantage for me that my company is blown up." Magnus said.
Napalingon siya dito. She didn't expect that words from him pero hindi na nakakagulat. He seems so calm, na para bang hindi nawasak ang tahanan ng trabaho nito. How can he sheltered those hundreds of workers work under him? And he's saying it's an advantage?
"The end of that building doesn't mean the end of my power. I can have the building beside yours so that we'll be close. That's the power I hold, Hera." Magnus said while still reading.
Hindi muna siya nakaimik d'on. He's right but what? He's buying the building next to hers?
"That would cost you much, Magnus. Ilang bilyon ang mawawala sa 'yo." She point out the problem.
"But it would cost much if I'll build new building rather than buying a finish one. And yes, it cost more than a leg, but I'll guarantee, mababawi ko sa limang buwan ang nalagas kong pera." Paninigurado nito.
