"Poderoso are starting to take down our HQ's. Our power is getting weak." One of the bosses of Vanacci said in disappointment.
The head of the Vanacci was just staring nowhere blankly while thinking.
"We can't kill Hera nor Magnus. Because if one of them died. One's power will be transfer to the left alive because it's a conjugal property. They're married." Sabi ng babaeng boss ng Vanacci.
Napalingon dito ang leader ng grupo saka tumango.
"You're right. It's either we kill them both in the same time or we'll break their marriage then kill one of them." The leader said.
"That's easy. They don't love each other. It won't hard for them to sign up for an annulment." Sang-ayon ng babaemg kasapi ng Vanacci.
"If one person will get in between, it'll surely the rapture of that stupid marriage."
"SHIT. Today is your grand opening." Mura niya nang magising at inalis ang kamay nitong nakapulupot sa kanya.
Pagkatapos nilang gawin kanina ay nakatulog ito sa ibabaw niya. She can still breath so she let him. Nagising na lang siyang nakadagan pa rin ang braso at hita nito.
She glance at the wall clock. It's 1 in the afternoon. Dalawang oras na silang tulog at hindi pa sila nakakain ng tanghalian.
"Magnus." Gising niya but he just groaned in pull her waist closer mistaken her as a pillow.
"Fuck work." He murmured then bury his face between her neck.
Fuck work? Coming from the workaholic bastard who ace the business industry?
Her phone rang. Kinapa niya iyon sa ilalim ng kama at kinuha. It's unknown number but she still answer it.
"Hera Benjamin-Sebastian." Bungad niya sa kabilang linya.
"Mrs. Sebastian! Magkasama ba kayo ni Kuya?" Tanong ni More at pansin niya ang pagkaaligaga sa boses nito.
Lumingon siya kay Magnus na nanatiling nakapulupot sa kanya at nakapikit ang mga mata. Hindi niya alam kung tulog ito o nagtulog-tulugan.
"Yes. He's with me." Pormal na sagot niya.
"Nice. Because he's actually very needed here now. He ditch the program earlier so I had to cancel it and move it in the afternoon and he's supposed to be here." More said.
Napahilot siya sa sintido niya at bumuntong hininga. Magnus seems so calm sleeping tho. Parang walang iniwang event at hindi late. He shouldn't be sleeping for more o baka magsiuwian ang mga dumalo.
"Okay. We'll be there." Malamig na sagot niya at pinatay ang tawag.
Nilapag niya ang phone sa tabing unan at humarap sa binata. Tinapik niya ito sa balikat pero tulog pa rin.
"Magnus, wake up." She shook his body but Magnus just groan. Mas lalo pang sumiksik sa kanya.
"Magnus." She hissed because of his stubbornness.
"More should started it without me." He murmured.
"At talagang binaling mo pa ang sisi kay More. You're the owner, you should be responsible." She hissed.
"You're siding my brother rather than me. I won't show up there." Sabi nito habang nakapikit pa rin.
Sumakit ang ulo niya sa katigasan nito. He won't show up para si More ang mamroblema, and he will do it just because she side More. This jealous bastard.
"Magnus, isang beses lang akong manuyo." Malamig na saad niya pero may kaakibat na babala.
Kahit nakapikit ay umukit ng ngisi ang labi ng binata. It's like he had a little flashback on what she did to woo him.
