Von sat quietly to himself on the hard bed in his cell. He had a small book in his hand as he was in the middle of reading it.
He used his free hand to rub at his chin hairs as he was intrigued by the story he was reading. It was a story about a young man who was down bad in the hood just trying to make it out.
He ends up falling in love with a good girl who seems to look at him differently then anyone else. She sees only good in him, and wants nothing but to see him win. Von couldn't help but relate to the book as he kept on reading. He was practically almost done with the book as he turned a few pages.
"Aye Von... they got Crazy Story blastin on the radio right na."
One of his fellow inmates said while standing at the doorway of Von's cell. His name was Nuski. Von knew him from way back in the day when they were young. Nuski, Von and Durk used to all hang out together all the time back then. Nuski was currently serving a life sentence for murder unfortunately.
