Author's POV:

"Aru, look at me," Yash said, caressing her hair.

Yash sighed as she didn't move an inch. She hid her face in the crook of his neck and was crying quietly.

"Aru, I know you miss them a lot. They had to leave us early, and it's written in our destiny. And we can't change it. Will they be happy looking at us cry? See, our babies must also be sad, feeling that their mother is crying," Yash said, caressing her hair.

Arpita wiped away her tears and sat properly.

"I'll take some rest for some time," said Arpita.

"You can rest for as long as you want after having breakfast," said Yash.

"I'm not in the mood to have anything now," said Arpita.

"Aru, don't forget that you have to eat for three people," Yash said sternly.

"Fine!" said Arpita.

Yash picked her up in his arms, making her squeal.

"What are you doing, Yash?" Arpita asked, holding his tee in her fist.

"Just pampering my babies and their cute mother," Yash said, winking at her.

"You are too much, Yash," Arpita said, hitting his shoulder.

"Won't you pamper me after our babies come?" Arpita asked, pouting.

"And why do you think so?" Yash asked, raising his eyebrow.

"Umm! I don't know. But remember this: you have to pamper me like you always do, even if we have great-grandchildren," Arpita warned him.

"Okay, madam," Yash said dramatically.

Arpita laughed, looking at him. Yash pushed the room door with his leg, as they didn't lock the door.

He put her on the bed and said, "You sit here. I'll take a shower and come."

Arpita smirked and asked, "Would you mind if I joined you?"

"No thanks. I can't stop looking at you. So, sit on the bed like a good girl till I have a shower," Yash said, grabbing his towel.

Arpita laughed, looking at his expressions.

"I'm not going to leave you once they come," Yash shouted, looking at her.
