"WHY WOULD you want to know where's John B is living?" Sarah asked her curiously after Hope dropped the question as soon as she showed up at her door. Hope quickly shush the girl, putting a finger to her lips with her eyes widened as a warning to Sarah

She looks around the house, trying to find the tall figure that belongs to Rafe Cameron, just in case he's wander around and accidently heard the conversations.

If Rafe heard it, he's going to ask her many questions and he would tell Topper about it. And she can't continue her plan to go and meet John B

"Sorry" Sarah mutters it

"Just tell me, okay? I promise I'm not trying to do anything, I just want to make sure he's okay" Hope said, pulling the blonde a little away from the door where anyone can just show up and accidently listening to them

"Why would you want to do that? I'm pretty sure he's fine. If anything happened, we already heard the news already" Sarah states

"I know, but I still need to see him with my eyes to make sure" Hope said "He's living alone, right? His father is still missing. Maybe I can help him to the hospital or something if he really needs it"

"You're too nice, Hope. I don't understand you, really. You care too much"

"It's not really a time right now, Sarah. Can you help me or not?" Hope urges her, she had enough with people telling her that.

She's not being too nice or care too much, people just being too ignorant about a lot of things that they shouldn't have to. Pogues or not, John B is still a human, just like them.

He deserved to be treat like one. What if he gets hurt and needs to go to hospital but he can't do it because he can't afford it? Or he doesn't know how to since he has no parents to help him with that. What if he doesn't want to go to the hospital because he can't afford it?

That would be devastated for her to not help him, that's the least she can do.

"Fine, fine" Sarah said and starts to give her the direction, Hope trying her best to remember it because it sounds tricky and she never really been to the Cut all alone with herself.

And she never been that far into it to know about the road there, she can get lost. She's not sure if she wants to risk herself to ask anyone there, for some obvious reasons

She knows she always saying that the Pogues aren't as bad as people keep telling her, she's still believes they're good people. But after what happened last night and how she never really been there to herself, she can't help to be cautious about it.

Maybe not all of them are bad, but that doesn't mean all of them are good

"You sure you want to get there all alone? I can go with you if you want" Sarah offered herself after she's done telling the directions. Sarah can't help to feel worry to let the redhead all alone there, because she knows Hope never been at the Cut without her and Topper

"Nah, I'm good, thank you though" Hope decline it, she can figure it out "Just, please keep it out from Topper, okay? and even Rafe. I don't want them to know about it"

"Don't worry, my lips are s-----"

"what you don't want me to know?"

Suddenly, there's another voice chiming in causing the both of them to startle and jump a little. They quickly look up and see Rafe standing there with a squint on his eyes glancing in between them. Hope starts to panic, she's totally didn't see him coming

"It's nothing, fuck off Rafe" but Sarah already spoke up first, ushering the boy away like she usually did when he always intervened their conversations out of nowhere
