Marines: Fire Fist Ace is free!!
Pirates: Straw Hat really did it!! He set Ace free!!
Newkama: After all those impossible stunts back at Impel Down, he finally did it!!
Ivankov: <sobbing> I knew you could do it!!
Jimbei: Ace!! Luffy!! (Y/N)!!
Whitebeard smirked, while Cyrene grinned.
Ace landed on the ground. Luffy took up a fighting stance, while (Y/N) leaned forward, bloodied and burnt. Galdino had hit the ground with his face.
Ace: Can you still fight, Luffy?!
Luffy: Of course!! <pants>
(Y/N): Good, because I don't think I can fight... I got hit pretty bad...
He tried to ignore the devil's laughter in his head.
Marines: Ace's fire is of the Logia type! Do not let him get away!
Ace: I never dreamed I'd see the day when you had to save me. Thanks, Luffy.
Luffy: Ha ha ha! I couldn't have done it without (Y/N) and that Whitebeard guy's help!
Luffy and Ace worked together to defeat the incoming Marines while also protecting (Y/N).
One Marine tried to shoot (Y/N), but the devil host shot him with a lightning bolt.
Ace: You've gotten a lot stronger, Luffy!
Luffy: I'll surpass you one of these days, Ace!
Aokiji: Ice Block.
Aokiji sent out an attack at the two brothers.
Ace: Then I should be the one protecting you now! Stand back, Luffy!
Aokiji: Pheasant Peck!!
Ace: Mirror Flame!!
The two attacks clashed, while (Y/N) hurried over towards Whitebeard and his allies.
Cyrene hurried over to him. When the (H/C) haired male stumbled forward, she caught him.
Ivankov: (Y/N)-boy is extremely lucky! Not many could survive being hit by an attack like that.
Cyrene: It luckily wasn't able to pierce through him. If it did, he'd be dead.
(Y/N): My body...burning... It hurts!
Cyrene: Now that Fire Fist is freed, we no longer have to stay here.
Suddenly, a large pirate ship came plowing through Marineford, breaking over the high walls. Squard and his pirates were on it.
Squard: Pops!! Everybody!! Hurry and run!! We'll hold them back!!
Pirates: Don't do anything crazy, Squard!! You don't wanna die, do you?!
Squard: Of course I do! I deserve to die for stabbing Pops!! It may not atone for my crime, but I won't be satisfied unless I do this!! Now take Ace and get out of here!!
