H a r r y

You know what sickens me these days? Typical frat parties. Yup. It was fun at first. You know, drinks, girls, beer games, quickies in the bathroom, and some other shit. But just like all things. If we keep doing it, we'll had enough eventually. Maybe that's why Ruby left. She had enough of me.

Like what's happening with me right now. I'm here holding my drink, and just stare at the chaos. It was different back then with Ruby. I actually enjoyed parties. Correction, I enjoy watching Ruby in parties. She would danc, people would stop and stare, and I couldn't help but feel a little jealousy.

"Hey Harryyy," Shit. Not this bitch again, and what the hell is with her tone?

"I just want to let you know, again, that whenever you need me, I'm always available. You have my number right?" Right, the piece of toilet paper that I tossed right away, I didn't even bother to look at it.

"Right, thanks Nina." I say focusing on my drink. "Wh- It's Ella,"

"So what? We change name cards now?" I roll my eyes and push her away with my shoulder.

"Call me, Harry!" I cringed when I heard Sheila's squeaking voice. Fuck, what was her name again?

I push more people away as I searched my way out from here. This party sucks anyways. I was going to look for Jermaine until I got a quick text that reads 'im'out, hot chick's company. don't wanna miss a thing. -J' That son of a bitch, I knew he was going to leave me again.

I finally got out and drive the hell away from there. I had no idea where I was going, I was just driving until I saw Sapphire walking on the sidewalk with her headphones on. I pulled over as I pay more attention to her.

Her dark hair was tied up on a messy bun, her pale skin covered by a warm sweater. Suddenly she spun her body around start stomping her feet. And then I realize, she was dancing. Again she was lost in whatever song she was listening too. She stopped to take a look around with her hands on her mouth. She shyly giggled, and continue walking normally.

Then I realized I was smiling all the time I look at her.

I was surprising myself once again as I hopped out from my car and follow her from behind. What was she doing out 1 in the morning, dancing on the sidewalk? She was alone, for God's sake. She couldn't just decide to get out in the middle of the night whenever she feels like. What if someone kidnapped her? What if it was too dark and she fell? What if she's lost?

Why do you care?

But this time, I shut down my pride as I approached to her from behind. "Boo,"

"Oh my God!" She flinched with just a soft tap on her shoulder. She was so surprised and I couldn't help but let a laugh. Attention, I let out a laugh.

"Holy shit, Harry! You could've killed me, God!" She was purely in shock, her hands on her forehead. After a moment, she laughs.

Sapphire laughs. I never see her laughing before. Her head fell back and her hands were now on her stomach, her eyes squeezed shut and I noticed those crinkles by her eyes. Her mouth was open, letting out more beautiful rhythms as she laughs. I didn't get it. How could someone just laugh and be so beautiful?

"Sorry, oh my- sorry, I laughed too long didn't I? Sorry," I smiled. No, keep laughing; let me hear those rhythms again. She bit her lower lip, now smiling. "Why am I laughing on myself?" And she let out a huge sigh at the end, adjusting her breathing.

"I didn't even say Hi. Hi Harry,"

"Hi, Sapphire." I'm getting used to saying her name.

"What are you doing here? It's almost 1 AM,"
