Taraji POV

I woke up and stretched. I let out a loud groan as i remembered that i have to go back to the gym today. Natasha decided to pick me up every morning since it doesn't make sense for us to drive separately if we're bffs. I got dressed into my workout uniform and ate breakfast.

About 10 minutes later natasha call me. "Girl bring yo ass outside let's gooo!" she shouted honking the horn. I groaned. I was not in the mood to deal with this ignorant ass asshole, but natashas my bestfriend and she wants me to workout with her, and I'll do anything for her, and also i wanna lose weight too. I rushed out of the house and quickly got into the car. "Ooh someonesmin a hurry to see their trainer" said Natasha raising an eyebrow. "Ha. No. I know you would keep honking the horn and bothering me so i came a quickly as possible, and I'm trying to get this day over with as soon as possible." i said. "Ugh you're such a buzz kill" said natasha shaking her head at me. "How?" i asked. "Because you won't ever give a guy a chance." she said. "He's not even interested in me and I'm not interested in him, with an attitude like that i don't think any woman could lile him." i said. "Mmmhm" said natasha as we parked the car. We went in and our trainers walked up to us. "Well hello beautiful.." said natashas trainer smiling at her. They both chuckled. As me and terrence made the same face while looking at them without knowing. When we turned and looked back at eachother we straightened our faces. "Today you better be-"shut up and let's just work out" i said cutting him off and pushing past him walking into the workout room. Natashas coach looked at terrence with a concerned look on his face as he and natasha walked into their room. I walked in and terrence was looking confused. "I'm guessing what i said got through to you." he said smirking. "Ha. I see you got jokes." i said seriously. He sighed and walked over to me. "Today our first workout is the wall sit." he said looking down at me since i was shorter than him. "Ok." i said. "For 5 minutes." he said. "Sounds fun." i said smirking. I turned away from him. He looked confused. "Don't just stand there! GO!" i said to him like did to me the other day. He hurried and set the timer and put his back against the wall...

When we were 3 minutes in i felt my legs about to give out, terrence looked at if he's done it all his life. "How is this not hurting you?" i asked him. "Hm looks who has questions now." he said seriously. I just shook my head and looked at the ground trying to concentrate on my wall sit. He looked at me. "I've done them alot when i was in the military..." he said. "Oh so you were in the military, hm. I thought all military guys are supposed to be attractive. You must be lying" i said with a straight face. He gave me a look like he was hurt and i finished the wall sit while he still had another minute left since he started before me. I watched him like he watched me. He looked uncomfortable. "How does it feel to be stared at?" i asked him. "Eh..normal...it just means that there something you like about me." he said and i rolled my eyes and shook my head as he finished. "Ok..next is sit ups...you sit across from me and i sit across from you." he said getting into position. "We'll do 25" he said laying on his back across from me. On 15 i started lifting the bottom of my body to help me sit up because it got tiring. "Hey! No lifting up your butt!" he shouted. "Well how did you know i was doing it?" i asked him as we continued. "Just knew. Don't question me again." he said as i rolled my eyes. "God you're such an ass" i said as i continued. "And you're such a "female dog" but i don't say anything to you." he said chuckling. I stopped. "Did you just called me a bitch?!" i shouted. "I don't know, what does a female dog sound like to you?" he asked me. "Ok you know what? I'm done with this..I'm getting a fucking new trainer..goodbye asshole. I knew this was a bad idea!" i shouted grabbing my stuff and leaving. I saw him standing there with a straight look on his face. I was walking out and he grabbed my arm. "Ok wait..." he said and i stopped and slowly turned around facing him. He got closer to my face and i backed up. "You can't just go. I gotta kick you out you know." he said plainly. I chuckled. "Kick me out then..doesn't matter." i said turning away. "I didn't really say i wanted to but ok.." he said turning back around. We both stopped at the same time and turned around facing eachother. I turned away and spoke to the woman at the front desk. "Hey um I'd like to switch person trainers.." i said looking over my shoulder at terrence. He looked at the ground but immediately straightened up, turning around and going back into the room shutting the door. I chuckled and signed up for a new trainer. I was sick of terrence and didn't want to put up with him any longer. "I'll be happy to set you up with a new trainer...how about tommorow?" the woman asked me. "That'll be perfect. Thanks!" i said turning away. "No problem ma'am, and in case you ever have any more questions, my name is bella.." she said. Natasha came out of the fitness room with her trainer laughing and giggling. "I'm guessing you had fun?" i said smiling at her. "Hell yeah...Zuri here gave me a nice...hard workout" natasha said smiling and looking up at zuri. I just shook my head and laughed. "So your name is zuri huh?..." i asked him. "Yes. It means handsome in African.." he said smiling. "Mm well that explains alot.." said natasha smiling. "So what happened with that hunk of muscle..did he give you that long...hard..workout?" she said sensually. I laughed. "Ha nothing i want from him. I already said i stopped dating for a reason" i said as i didn't notice terrence walking past me. I froze and stared awkwardly at him. "Like what you see?" he asked me angrily and i jumped at the tone of his voice. "Define WHAT i see.." i said laughing. He sighed and bumped his shoulder against mine as he walked away with zuri. I brushed it off and looked back at natasha. "See how much of an asshole he is...I'm switching new trainers because of him." i said seriously. "Oh my god. You like him!" she squealed and i covered her mouth looking around as i saw terrence and zuri turn around in confusion down the hall. "Hell no. If i liked someone i wouldn't be switching to a new trainer would i?" i asked her. "You're trying to make him jealous!" she said and i rolled my eyes. "No.....no. You got it all wrong girl..I'm worrying about me and he's worrying about himself. I don't like guys like that. And i don't know if he's in a relationship and he doesn't know if I'm in one. I like sweet romantic guys, someone who can stimulate my mind, body, and soul, not some muscle head with a childish attitude." i told her. She shrugged as terrence walked by us again. "Don't you have somewhere else better to be jackass" i said curling my lips and crossing my arms. "Don't you?" he said getting in my face. "You don't scare me." i said to him. "Who ever said I'm here for that?" he said as i rolled my eyes and brushed past him but i tripped and dropped my water bottle. I was such a clutz sometimes, i always ended up making something embarrassing happen at the wrong time. I bent down to pick it up. "Ahem" said natasha getting my attention. Awe shit. I bent down right in front of that psycho excersize-addicted freak. I froze and stood up quickly and turning red from embarrassment. "Oooh" said natasha making this more awkward than it already was. The room was dead silent. I slowly turned around and see terrence standing there confused. I was still red. "Um...i gotta go..." i said grabbing natashas arm as we left. I can't believe how embarrassing that was. Me and natasha got in the car and drove in silence as i was still bright red. "Ooh girl...i know yall like eachother now.." she said. "T...i know he likes you.." she said changing the radio station. "Pfft how..?" i asked her. "Girl don't play dumb...i know that wasn't something you did on purpose because you been clumsy as hell since 3rd grade..but him...i think he could've walked away..but didn't." she said. "Well i honestly think no man could walk around from a womans ass directly in their face." i said wiping my face. "Yeah yeah...you better hope he doesn't beat your new trainer's ass" natasha joked. "Yeah yeah" i said annoyed as she pulled up to my house. I waved her goodbye and went into my house. I showered and i plopped my face down on my pillow and fell asleep. I had a LONG day...
