Rhett POV

Link and I just put up our next music video Epic Rap Battle of Manliness yesterday and today we've decided to do and episode of GMM explaining what we think makes a manly man. Much to mythical beasts disappointment, we have collaboratively worked on the song and the lyrics. We did not write our own parts and then sing them to each other for the first time while shooting the video. We didn't know at the start who was going to say what- we just started writing.

"What makes a manly man a manly man?" Link asks the camera. It's a good question and definitely has a lot of different answers.

"Let's talk about that, punk!" I say. We finish the teaser and get into the episode a few minutes later.

"Good Mythical Morning!"

"This episode is brought to you by the Rhett and Link store. Go to rhettandlink.com, click on store and you can get this. Bam! Good Mythical Morning official t-shirt." Oh yeah. We also created a brand new t-shirt for the show. It's pretty cool.

"Woop Woop!"

"Getcha one. Be your mythical best people. Thanks for joining us todayyyyyyyyy!

"Yesterday we released a new video on our main channel called Epic Rap Battles of Manliness. We also released some behind the scenes videos along with that. Make sure you check those out if you HAVEN'T."

"Thanks-"

"But don't do it just yet. Wait 'till the end of this video."

"Yeah, just wait. Thanks for sharing those with everybody.... as well as sharing this show, ya know? This show is important."

"Yeah. Share it."

"It is important to invite people to watch this. Uh, we ask questions. We discuss things. We find answers. We learn stuff... we bond. We bond. Let's bond today by asking a question. What makes a manly man a manly man?"

"This is a question that we had to come up with an answer for when we decided to create the epic rap battle of manliness and we said 'let's encapsulate mmasculinity and mmanliness into a rrrrap battle' and so we were like 'well what kind of things should we cover.' Before we get into what kind of things we decided to cover and... what that revealed about us,"

"Mmmhmm"

"I will say that there was some introspection at the beginning of this. And-" Link laughs.

"Are we manly enough to make this video is that what you're saying?"

"I s- well the first thing I said was like 'okay, I- you gotta take the glasses off when you- when- during your performance, you've got- because.... More than seven or eight times in the- in the history of the Internet, since you... Have been wearing those glasses, you have been accused of looking like Velma from Scooby- Doo." He laughs and so does Jason behind the camera.

"But hold on- she's pretty manly. I mean, as far as Scooby- Doo characters go, she's one of the most manly ones."

"She's a pretty manly woman. But she is a woman who wears a turtleneck and a skirt if I recall correctly."

"Yeah. Yeah. I've never worn a turtleneck and a skirt."

"So you can't have a man...."

"At the same time." Oh! Is there something I don't know about here?

"Who looks- who could be mistaken as Velma to be a manly man. Now listen, I know, I mean... I-I wouldn't call this hair-"

"Hey, you don't- you don't- you don't hear me arguing with that by the way."
