Arriving at Jason's, we all step out of the car and head up to the front door.
Alex doesn't knock she just walks straight inside.
I softly chuckle, Okay then.
When we enter, the guys are sitting in the living room, besides Jason. "So what's up?" Amanda asked, walking over to Cody and sitting on his lap.
Blake stood up, greeting Alex.
Poor Harry.
"Thank god your here now."
There's that voice again.
I slowly turn around, seeing Jason. Our eyes met and he half smiles. "Hey Ele."
"Hi." I say. It feels like I haven't seen him in ages, Why is it so awkward? I thought about what Alex told me.
Maybe Jason is trying to officially move on from Jeanette now that she's gone.
I just needed time to think.
"So, Cody found some new information.." Jason spoke, walking past me. My eyes follow him until he stands in the middle of the living room. I cross my arms, waiting for him to continue. "About?"
"About this head leader." Jason tells.
"You found em?" Alex quickly asked.
"Do you think if we found him we would just be sitting here?" Harry asked.
"Bro, chill." Blake says, his eyes staring at Harry. "She was just asking."
"Guys, can you shut up?" Jason says making everyone look at him. "No, we haven't found him, we got something though."
"Which is?" Amanda questioned.
"Cody went on a mission this past week, while doing so he ran into one of his high school friends." Jason explains.
"What does this have to do with anything?" Alex asked.
Jason closes his eyes. "If someone interrupts again, I'm gonna punch something."
Alex angrily laughs. "Geez..someone needs to get laid."
