My eyes scanned over the screen that my history teacher was playing, we had to take notes on the video for our test tomorrow. I couldn't help but think about what Jason told me the other day, he's meeting Anabell Friday and I'm worried something terrible is gonna happen.
Anabell isn't gonna stop until she gets what she wants, I don't even know what that is. And to think, she might be my sister. I hate just thinking about it.
The school bell cut me off from my thoughts, I gathered my books and left the room. Heading to my locker I see Alex standing against it, reading a book. "Hey." I greet her.
"I got free period, we can go to the library up town I need to get some more books." She suggested.
I nod, opening my locker. I put my books inside before we head outside to her car. "Did you talk to Jason yet, about the senior trip?"
"No, I'm waiting until we get all the information." She replies, unlocking the doors so that we could get in. I buckle up, waiting on Alex to drive. "I'm sure he'll let us go."
"Us?" I ask. "Just because me and Jason are together doesn't mean I can't go on the trip, if I was a member I could see him having a say in it but I'm not."
"I hope he lets me.." She says softly, pulling out of the school parking lot. "I don't see why he wouldn't, it's only for one week." I tell her.
"Well I'll discuss it with him once I get all the information because he's gonna want it, he's very..." She pauses. "I guess you could say, protective over his members."
"He should let you go Alex, do you want me to talk to him?"
She shakes her head. "No, it's my place. Thanks though."
"The obgyn called me yesterday, my pills are ready." I say, looking out the window. "Can you take me to pick them up?"
"Yeah sure." She answers.
Me and Jason had sex without a condom in my office. I shouldn't have let it happen...I of course want kids, someday but I'm only 18, having sex without one and not being on birth control at that moment was so risky, I wonder if Jason thought it...
It was silent for a few minutes before she spoke again. "So, Blake informed me about Anabell...that she might be your sister."
I felt like the air was sucked out of me, hearing someone say it is worse then thinking it. "Yeah..I've been to scared to ask my mom."
