17 minutes later and I'm still sitting here. How do I just say bye? That's my grandmama. I didn't know what to do or to say. I should've been the nerd I was and rehearsed in the mirror. Such a dumb ass.
"You know I was thinking we can reveal the genders to everyone with a cake." Grandmama said
"I like the cupcakes tho..."
"Kimberly what do you think ?" I looked up from playing with my food and looked at Stacy.
"Excuse me?" I asked
"What--"
"Look at her being all polite. She said excuse me?" DK imitated
"I know, caught me off guard for a second." Stacy laughed
"Oh stop it. Kim has always been polite" Grandmama said, "so what do you think DK and Stacy should do for their gender reveal?"
"... I don't know I've never had a gender reveal before" They laughed, "We know but we wanna do something different"
"Get balloons... fill it with blue and pink confetti... pop it after"
"Ooouuu" Stacy and grandmama said in illusion
"That's cute. We're doing that it's official."
I didn't think it was that great. Balloons,pink and blue confetti... not that deep.
"DK!!!" She said wobbling off to where he was on the phone.
My grandmama grabbed plates and I stood up helping her out.

The door had a knock and I knew that was Keyanna.
"I'm gonna go.. Oscar's already waiting anyways..."
"C'mon Kim... at least stay to say hi to Keyanna"
She had this look on her face that I've never seen. It was unreadable.
She changed a whole lot. She was unrecognizable with that hair she has... along with the way she carried herself.. she was skinnier... or maybe more fit... it was one or the other. I knew for sure she was glowing.
I smiled at her as she dried her hands. I went off to the door and opened it.
"Hey mama" Keyanna said
I smiled
"Why are you so happy?" She asked taking off her shoes.
"You won't believe who's here!!" I exclaimed in a cheery tone like I was a child.
"Who..." She said an unsure tone
"Come here" I said walking. She followed, "Mama who is it? Is it daddy?"
I shook my head, "even better!"
I walked in the kitchen and didn't see her, "She prolly went outside"
"Who is it?"
I was outside and seen DK going over to the chairs to sit down on it.
"Where is she?"
"I don't know"
Tell me she did not leave. I looked at the driveway and the car was gone.

"You wanna go to the bed?" I shook my head, "no right here is fine" I said taking his top off. He laid on top of me and started dragging my pants down.
