Liz's P.O.V

                I nervously tapped my foot, waiting for the studio door to open. We've been in Australia for about a day now, and we are meeting our opening act today. We would've meet them last night, but they were flying in from America and there was a storm that stopped their plane from leaving the airport. We had to do without an opening act, but the concert went perfectly fine without one. Instead we just did a couple covers of songs, including Just The Way You Are.

                But now it's Thursday morning, and we are supposed to be recording some of the newer songs for our next album. We've gotten a slot to record in an actual studio. When we get on the bus, I think we'll be recording in their as well. But I also know that we will be recording the majority of the album in studio. At least that's what we have planned. But I'm still a bit unsure.

"What song do you think Dylan's going to want us to do first? My money's on Me & My Girls. He's always liked that one. " Julie said from her spot on the couch.

                We've been waiting for Dylan to get here for almost twenty minutes now. It's taken him forever, because he had to pick up the opening act. But he should have had been here at least ten minutes ago with the act. I wonder who it's going to be. I really hope it won't be anything like Beck. Don't get me wrong, Beck's a great guy. But after he kissed me I just can't look at him the same way. I understand that he thought it was over between Niall and I, but... I don't know. I just can't look at him like that.

"I think it'll be that one or Unconditionally. Dylan likes that one too." Caitlin said.

                Before anyone could say anything else, the door to the studio opened. Dylan walked in, smiling when he say us. He walked into the room and shut the door behind him, making me confused. Wasn't he supposed to be with the opening act. I stood up from my seat, as Julie asked him who and where are opening act was.

"He went back to the hotel, he's pretty tired. So... who's ready to get started?" Dylan asked, looking between the girls and I.

"I am. Are we all going to go in together, or do you want us to do it separately first?" Julie asked.

"Together, just so I have an idea. Can you girls start with Me & My Girls?" He asked, making Julie give Caitlin a pointed look.

                I rolled my eyes at the antics and made my way into the sound booth. I honestly love this song. It reminds me of the times when the girls and I get together. When we take a step back from all the fame and just be three girls hanging out. It's a lot of fun, and I don't think that I'd change it at all. These girls and my sisters, and this song shows how it is.

                I sat down on the stool at the end, Caitlin taking the one next to me and then Julie was at the end. We each had our own microphone in front of us, along with a set of headphones. I grabbed my set of headphones and put them on, looking over at Julie and Caitlin to make sure they were doing the same things. I don't want to be the only one that was doing it.

"Alright, let's run through it one time and then we'll divide it up into the parts. You girls ready?" Dylan said, earning three thumbs up in return.

"Okay... and.... go for it."

                I laughed at the text Niall sent me, before typing out a response and then putting my phone away. The time difference is a little bit hard, well a lot. They are in South America right now while the girls and I are in Australia. We'll be here for about a month, and they get here in about two weeks or so. I'm a bit upset about the fact that we are away from each other, but it's only for about two weeks. Then they come here and although we won't be in the same general area, we'll be closer and it'll make visiting a lot easier.

                I snapped out of my thoughts when the door to my hotel room opened and Caitlin walked in, smiling at me really big and somewhat creepily. I scrunched my eyebrows together, and asked her what's wrong.

"Our opening act is so cute. Guess who it is?" Caitlin said.

"Uh... Avicii? The Jones Brothers? I don't know, just tell me." I laughed, sitting down on the bed.

"It's Johnny Parkenson, you know, the one that got signed recently. Julie's out there flirting with him as we speak. C'mon, you need to meet him." Caitlin said, grabbing my arm.

                I was pulled out of my bed, making the pillows fall to the floor. I wanted to pick them up, but Caitlin was pulling me towards the door that she had left open. I sighed and gave in, letting her drag me away. When we got out into the hallway, she made a sharp left and dragged me down to where the vending machines were. Standing in front of the machines were Julie and some guy.

"Johnny, this is Liz." Caitlin said, letting my wrist go.

                I do admit, he was attractive. He was actually really attractive. Defiantly not my type however. I've always been into blonde, or more like a certain blonde, and he had dark hair. He was also tall. Really tall. Much taller than I am, but everyone's taller than me. Johnny's eyes were brown that matched his hair, which was also styled up in a quiff. He was dressed in a pair of jeans, and then a red tee shirt that made him have the boy next door look.

"Hi Liz, I'm a big fan of your work. Of all your work. I'm really glad to be opening up here." Johnny said, his accent American.

"Thanks, I'd say the same thing but to be honest I've never heard of you." I said, laughing at the end to make it sound less rude.

                We spent about ten minutes talking to one another, which was actually pretty fun. Johnny was a great guy, and he was really funny. I honestly think that we are going to get along great. The only thing I am a bit concerned about is Julie. She was flirting with him, which wasn't too surprised about. But... it's just that there's Harry. I know she still loves him. I know that for a fact. And I know that he still loves her, but it's too hard for them to talk.

                Harry was the first guy that Julie ever really loved and after everything that happened between the two it's not surprising she's scared to go back to him. She won't admit she's scared, but I know it's true. I don't blame her though, if that were to happen between Niall and I... I don't think I could ever forgive him for it. But Julie's already forgiven him, the only thing that's holding her back is that she's scared.

                I hope she get's over it soon though. I'm the biggest Jarry shipper in the world.

There's the chapter! I hope you all liked it. Sorry it's kind of short.

I know that James is from BTR, but I really wanted him to play Johnny. I don't know why, but I couldn't stop picturing Johnny as James from Big Time Rush. I don't know if any of you like BTR, but that's just who I picked for Johnny.

Plus it's not like baby James from BTR it's like him with facial hair and muscles. So yeah...

UQA: I'm a Niall Girl (obviously) and I love him because he was so different than any other celebrity at the time. He had crooked teeth and he was just adorable. So yeah, that's only half the reasons though. You probably don't want to hear the rest.
