It's been four weeks since the Essence Fest and the incident between Ashly and Keith and ever since that happened they haven't talked to each other, now they comment on each other's post on IG, tweets on Twitter and text but they don't talk on the phone or talk face to face and when they do text they never bring up what happened.

Ashly was at home doing laundry after cleaning out her closet while Keith was at the club with Dominique and Darius.

He kept looking at his phone, locking and unlocking it, trying to see if Ashly texted him and debated on if he should text her.

"Keith if you lock and unlock that phone one more time bro I'm going to throw it across this club." Darius chuckled after he replied, "damn bro what you trying to do blow my high?" He questioned as he passed the blunt to his brother.

"My bad bro it's just a lot on my mind." He slouched down in his seat.

"Ain't a lot on ya mind you just worried about Ashly that's all. You need to stop playing and get with her before I do."

"Man please I ain't even worried about that. As much as y'all used to fight when we were younger I already know a relationship between y'all two ain't gon happen."

Dom nodded and smiled.

"You right you right." He laughed making D and Keith laugh along with him.

"But for real though Keith you do need to get with her before some other knucklehead try to get with her and lose your chance with her again."

"Yeah yeah man I hear you pass the loud."

It was 1:39 in the morning and Ashly had just laid down after she felt herself going to sleep while trying to watch Fuller House on Netflix. She tried to ignore the knocking on her door but whomever it was wasn't easing up off the door and was really trying to get a reaction out of her.

Before she went downstairs she looked out of her bedroom window and saw Keith's jeep outside her house.

While still looking outside she grabbed her phone and dialed his number.

"Hello."

"Keith do me a favor baby and sleep in your backseat. Don't get in the front because I don't want your foot to hit the gas pedal." She said slowly

He smacked his lips and kept on knocking on the door.

"Man come on Ash and quit playing."

"I'm not playing Keith it's 1:4o something in the morning almost 2 I need to be sleep like I was earlier and you should've been at home sleep."

"I was out with Dom & D."

"Okay and?"

"Man Ash open the door."

"Keith no I will no-"

Before she could finish her sentence she heard her door being opened and then closed and locked. And as Keith walked in he ended the call.

She walked to the top of the stairs and yelled down towards him.

"If you had your key why did you wake me up stupid!"

"Because I wanted some company while I was up."

She shook her head and went back into her room. "Stupid." She mumbled.
