How I became Savannah Solo Part 8

Wednesday & Thursday March 8th & 9th

Brad got up at 6 and got ready which woke me up.

Brad: hey babe wanna eat with me?
Me: yeah where's Hope
Brad: guest room, she didn't want to wake you up
Me: oh okay

Brad and I went out to eat breakfast. Hope came out at 7:20.

Hope: good morning Baby Horse and Brad
Me: morning
Brad: good morning, well I have to go bye babe, bye Hope
Hope: bye Brad
Me: bye babe, love you
Brad: love you too

Brad left and I went to the couch and started the Vampire Diaries. Hope ate and then came over and sat next to me.

Hope: still no school?
Me: I'm on season 6 have you watched any of these?
Hope: you're avoiding
Me: I'm not ready
Hope: why what are you waiting for you
Me: I don't know, I don't want everyone to see me.
Hope: Savannah you can't stay in the house forever
Me: I know, so what about those games?
Hope: I have no idea

We watched a couple episodes and then Brad came home and had lunch.

Brad: so, what time is your dad landing tomorrow?
Me: 10
Hope: I'll get him
Me: alright I'll let him know

We ate and then I went back to watching my show. Brad and Hope went to take Duke for a walk.

Hope: how has she been?
Brad: this is all she's done
Hope: have you tried getting her to go to school?
Brad: yes, I just think she's scared or needs a push
Hope: probably both. Has she seen the girls?
Brad: no, she's only seen my mom and Garvin
Hope: she makes things so hard sometimes
Brad: I know
Hope: I think she'll probably be back in school on Friday though
Brad: yeah, her dad won't like her missing
Hope: I know
Brad: well I figured I'd go stay at home while you and the general are at home. I don't think the general will be thrilled with me staying
Hope: probably not but thank you for helping her
Brad: I would do it anytime
Hope: I know you would

Hope and Brad came back with Duke and Brad got his stuff together. I said bye and then watched a couple more episodes until dinner.

Me: how was camp?
Hope: it was good, we did a lot of formation drills
Me: is Jill think of switching to a 3 back for good?
Hope: we don't know, I don't think we should but it's not up to me.
Me: yeah how are the gals?
Hope: they're good a little bored without NWSL but preseason is about to start on the 13th
Me: what about you and Reign
Hope: Harvey knows I'm with you and said I could stay as long as I needed
Me: oh good

We finished dinner and I went back to the couch. Hope went to my room to unpack. Hope came back and sat on the couch to read. Once I finished episode 10 at 11:30 I took my medication and went to bed. 

THURSDAY

I woke up at 8 and Hope was already up. We ate breakfast and the Hope left to go get my dad.

Me: daddy!
Dad: hey squirt, how are you feeling?
Me: alright for now, I have an appointment later at 3.
Dad: that's good, have you been to school yet?
Me: no sir not yet
Dad: alright well I have something I need to tie up. I will be in the office so call me for lunch
Me: I will

Lunch was about an hour later and the 3 of us ate. My dad and I caught up and then we had to go my appointment at the hospital.

Sloan: Savannah, how are you feeling?
Me: stiff and sore
Sloan: that's to be expected. In two weeks when we uncast again you can start physical therapy for your arm and then another week for your ankle, that will help with the soreness
Me: okay
Sloan: well let's get these casts off

Dr. Sloan took off my casts and then weighed me. I was at 102 like I thought. I got new casts and my ankle was red and my elbow was blue. Sloan put my brace on and then I was free to go. Hope took me home and I went back to watching Netflix. We had dinner at 7:30 and the 3 of us ate and talked. I finished season 6 at 12 and Hope was already asleep so I somehow managed to climb the ladder to my loft. I got comfortable and then was out.
