It was the fifth day of answering questions Taeyong couldn't answer to anyone, also the fifth day since the horrible events. He still felt guilty, he was walking along the entrance to the hospital wing a lot of times but the floor stayed locked, no one knew, Taeyong had no idea if the healers were able to help Taeil, if Renjun was still in between some creatures fighting for domination over his body, what if the snake had succeeded. Taeyong was waking up from nightmares each night, yes some of them carried Jaehyun too, which he didn't want to admit. He hated the boy with all his heart again. How could he be fooled so easily allow Jaehyun to take his virginity to have his body, he felt so used, so unworthy. Each time he saw Jaehyun in the corridors or in the great hall he had the will to attack him.

It wasn't helping that Yuta was walking behind him upsetting him with his complains about Taeil being absent the match with Hufflepuff coming in two weeks.

"I don't have a seeker, you can fly a broom," this was the constant line he herd from his best friend.

Vanessa was even worse begging him to tell her what had happened to her boyfriend, when she was crying each time they met. He was so fed up he was hiding from people in the Owlery or in the library.

On the fifth day he was eating quickly to leave the great hall as quick as possible in the morning as Yuta had a whole list of reasons why he could be the new seeker of the team.

"Can you not avoid me?" asked Yuta when Taeyong was pressing his long parchment with the transmutation homework into his bag.

"Can you stop this nonsense, I won't fly a broom no matter what!" Taeyong jumped up.

"Stop arguing," whispered Sicheng who was clinging to Yuta's arm causing Taeyong to feel even more uncomfortable.

"And what is he doing?" asked Yuta turning towards the other end of the table.

Taeyong focused his gaze to spot Mark leaning over the oak top smiling and winking to a girl.

"Isn't it this, you know?" Yuta glanced at Taeyong.

"Who?" Taeyong fell back on the bench, glad Yuta had found a new subject.

"You know she's weird she's a fortune teller or something, does some strange prophecies for students. Some girls actually believe this rubbish, they are coming to her to ask her if they will get the boy they like," muttered Yuta.

"Good luck with that," Taeyong rolled his eyes.

"Maybe she's nice," said Sicheng.

"Nice, she's some psycho," Taeyong shook his head.

"I just know her name is Herin and Mark really likes her," Sicheng was bright.

"Has he told you that?" Yuta was giving Taeyong strange signs with his eyes.

"Yes," Sicheng smiled lying his head on Yuta's shoulder. "Would be cool if Mark had a girlfriend, we could go on dates all together, no one would be left out."

"I'm single," said Taeyong clenching his teeth.

"Why, have you broken up with your boyfriend?" Sicheng looked at him seriously.

"With who?" Taeyong jumped up.

"Oh come on you don't need to hide it, we saw the hickeys, just tell us who it is," Yuta eyed him up.

"I'm telling you I'm single. Free and happy," Taeyong was packing the rest of his books quickly.

He looked down towards Mark and Herin who were in a deep conversation, he actually hoped Mark will stay single, so he won't be the only one left out, but in this moment he noticed Vanessa hurrying his way so he dived into the crowd of students leaving the great hall immediately.

There was this strange perspective of a ceiling above him, it seemed like a swimming surface so blurry it took long seconds till it stopped to move. Taeil blinked again, he had never felt that senseless, his body numb, his mind wiped out of everything. It was coming back slowly, the memories of the lake shore the scenes tuning into a nightmare. Or was it real?

He moved up slowly his body repeating with pain, he saw his arms were wrapped up in bandages, his chest giving him an uncomfortable feeling, breathing was a little painful too.

He needed to use a lot of strength to sit up while he scanned the room till he saw a bed covered by linen white curtains.

Was it possible to move even further, ignore the pain, but the door opened and headmaster Chen came in.

"Hello Taeil, I see you have woken up," the principal walked to his bed. "Please lay down and rest, the wounds are still very deep, you need to avoid all risks."

Headmaster Chen helped him to lay down handing him a glass of water holding it for him while Taeil managed to drink a few sips.

"What about the full moon?" he asked feeling fear.

"It was a few nights ago," muttered the headmaster calmly. "I must say you gave us a sleepless night but we managed to keep you from killing yourself. A wounded werewolf is probably the worst behaved one," the principal smiled.

"Not very funny," whispered Taeil blushing hard.

The change has never been easy for him, it was wrecking his strengths physically and mentally.

"The healers needed to start from the beginning when you became a human in the morning, but we hope in some time we will bring you back on you legs so the next full moon won't be that difficult."

"How long have I been here?" Taeil closed his eyes as the ceiling began to swim again.

"Over a week now."

"What about Taeyong?" asked Taeil quietly.

"Oh he had used a brilliant Patronus charm to save you," muttered Chen.

"Taeyong?" Taeil lughed.

"Yes, it was the first real spell he did but what one, I'm very proud of him."

"Aren't you kidding?" Taeil opened his eyes to look at the man.

"No," Chen was completely serious.

"Headmaster what about... Renjun?" Taeil felt his vice is cracking.

"This is not your worry right now, you must think about getting better," Chen got up from the chair beside his bed.

"But?" said Taeil.

"Shh, don't use your energy, have a good rest."

The principal raised his hand while everything turned into a milky darkness.
