"He's Voldemort's son," said Boccamadil causing Hailey to scream and throw the bird on the grass jumping away.
"Hey! Hey! Stop he's good!" said Taeyong taking Renjun in his hands delicately, the small creature was trembling so madly he felt the little heart beating crazily in the bird's chest.
"What?" asked Jaehyun in fear.
"What was his fist transformation, do you know?" Boccamadil looked at Taeyong.
"A kitten," said the boy.
Boccamaldil smiled to herself.
"The first transformation is his true self," she whispered.
"Can he turn back?" asked Taeyong caressing the bird's feathers delicately.
"He was hit by a deadly spell, he can only continue living as a phoenix, but the prophecy says..." Boccamadil became sad when Taeyong felt so much pain.
Will Renjun always stay this, a small bird that's reborn forever.
"I'm sorry Renjun I still like you," whispered Hailey walking to Taeyong caressing the bird in his hands cautiously.
Suddenly the sky behind them lit up in green they all turned to see a huge Dark Sign above the Forbidden Forest.
Taeyong felt he forgot how to breath his lags gave in underneath him and Jaehyun needed to grab him under his arm so he won't fall.
"Headmaster Chen," whispered Taeyong in fear.
"We have no time," Boccamadil's voice was clam. "Herin had another prophecy, she said only his son can defeat Voldemort."
"But, but he's a bird," said Taeyong raising his voice. "He will die if he becomes human!"
"Yes he will," she took a loud breath "Unless..."
"Unless what?" asked Taeyong.
"No!" said Jaehyun. "No, I need you!"
"Jaehyun you're a big boy you will manage with Draco," she laid her hand on his shoulder. "Listen here, the headmaster is dead, the school will be taken any second, we need to stop it. Taeyong Jaehyun go to the school, find Taeil tell him to come here, I... I want to see bye, tell him to hurry."
"What do you want to do?" Taeyong's voice was cracking.
"Aunt please no! Please," begged Jaehyun sudden tears storming down his face.
"I have lived 230 years it's a lot," she whispered taking him in her arms when he began to sob louder.
"I lost my parents I can't lose you too," he begged.
"You will manage, Taeyong will take care of you," she rubbed his back. "Darling, you're amazing, you grew up to become an amazing man, I'm always proud of you, so go there, find Taeil and send him to me, tell the teachers and students to hold Voldemort back as long as they can," she caressed Jaehyun's tears scattered cheeks.
"Aunt," he begged.
"I love you ok, you're like my son," she whispered causing Taeyong's heart to break.
"I love you too," whispered Jaehyun cuddling to her like a very little boy.
"Go," she said when Jaehyun sobbed louder.
Taeyong has never seen him like this, Jaehyun was always strong, always proud he had never shown that much of weakness or affection.
Jaehyun nodded, he turned around stumbling towards the school when Taeyong watched him in shock.
His heart was beating fast, he was so hurt by this night. He placed the trembling Renjun in Hailey's hands walking behind Jaehyun when Boccamadil said his name.
"Taeyong!"
He turned around.
"Before you go I need to tell you," she lowered her head. "I knew your father," she said causing all hair on his body to raise. "He was a bad person, he... He had fooled me into believing he will become my husband while he had a wife and a child already. When I found out... I was so mad I killed him in a dark forest. I wanted revenge for my broken heart. I visited your house... I killed you mother and..." her chin was trembling when he thought he will faint. "I wanted a child back then and when I saw you so small and hopeless, I... I realized what I did was terrible and I... I couldn't harm you... your father had brought it upon you with his lies but I should have never... I'm ashamed of it," she fell on the grass her body trembling. "If you want to kill me please do it after I'll give the necklace to Renjun," she whispered and he raised his eyes open.
It was too much, all of this too much. He was watching her, a woman who had been so horrible yet so broken when all she had wanted all her life was love, yet found it in the last hour when she met Taeil. And now she wanted to give her life for Renjun to help them stop Voldemort but she had killed his parents, but she let...
It became dark in front of his eyes he thought he will faint he was standing there the world spinning.
The conversation with Jaehyun became so vivid, his question he couldn't answer then. What if you were facing the murder of your parents? What would you do, what will you do?
"Forgive," whispered a voice in his torn throat while the view on the dark grass returned. "I'm forgiving you," said Taeyong turning around and running running towards the castle, he bumped into Jaehyun who was watching him stunned but Taeyong only took his hand pulling him towards the nearest entrance.
