I couldn't help but stare. The way her H/C flowed down her shoulder and how her E/C glazed in the light. And how her nose scrunches up a little as she concentrates, it's adorable.
I must look mad because I just keep looking at her like she's the only thing in this cruel world.
"Moony ask her out already!" James said to me taking me out of France.
Heat rushed up to my face as I instantly got nervous. "I-I possibly can't--i..erm," I sighed loudly getting frustrated. "I possibly can't because she'll say no to me. She's way out of my league." I said as I looked down to my shoes sheepishly.
"Don't be stubborn! Go or I'll go for you." James threated. Knowing that I don't have, well...the balls to do so he drags me along with him to where she is seating down.
"Hullo Y/N," James said as he smiled down at her.
She looked up from her book as she stared at him with a huge smile on her face.
"Hey, James." She smiled then she looked over at me. A small blush crept up on her cheeks as she smiled even more. "H-hi Remus." She stuttered as she looked at him nervously.
James elbowed me in the ribs since I was starting a little too long, but it's okay...right?
"Remus I believe you have something to ask the beautiful miss Y/N." He said as he smiled at her.
"I do?" I asked confused, but the James gave me a look saying "ask her out before someone else does". Which I did catch on.
"Ooh right I do," I said as a huge smile appeared on my face.
"What is it that you need to ask me?" She asked clearly confused.
"I'll leave you two be," James said before he left me and Y/N alone in the library.
"Okay, so I wanted to know if y-you wanted to go with-"
"Yes." She said before I could even ask my question.
"But you didn't let me go finish my question," I said clearly confused.
"I already knew you were going to ask me to go to Hogsmeade with you." She said with a small smile on her face causing me to look down at the floor as I muttered "amazing".
"Then I'll see you Saturday," I said as I smiled at her.
She got up from her seat with a huge smile. Y/N got on her tippy toes as she kissed my cheek. I turned a slight red as she removed her lips from the cheek.
"Can't wait," she said as she left with a huge smile on her face.
I stood there in pure bliss as I was going with the girl I love on a date to Hogsmeade.
