"So y/n," Katie called out to her. She looked up from the book she was momentarily reading and looked at Katie. "Hmm?" She hummed.
"I was wondering---"
"And when you wonder it causes all hell to break lose." Ginny cut her off which Katie sends a glare her way. "Do go on," Ginny said as she rested her chin in her hand.
"As I was saying before I was interrupted. . .when are you going to tell George how you feel about him?" Katie said as she wiggled her eyebrows at y/n.
A fierce blush forms onto her cheeks as she looks at Katie. "Please do keep it down, I do not wish to for that to be known of." She said gently as she tucked a piece of hair behind her ear as she looked back at the book she was reading.
"Come on! It's very obvious my brother likes you, besides he becomes a quim when I tell him to ask you out." Ginny said as she rolled her eyes at the thought of her brother being a coward.
A laugh erupts from y/n's lips at the thought of a nervous George walking up to her. "don't want him to feel rushed Ginny. Let him take his time if his feelings actually do portray mine." She said as a small smile forms on her lips as she looks at Ginny.
"Okay okay." She mumbled as she went back to eating her food.
"I think it's nice that you and George are taking your time to confess one another," Luna said dreamily as she gave y/n a small smile.
"Thank you Luna." y/n said as she returned the smile to her.
Hurried footsteps are heard coming towards them which cause them all to look up with confused faces.
Susan stops in front of their spot in the table trying to regain her breath. "Tonks!" She breathes out.
"What's wrong?" y/n says fully concerned of her friend.
"Slytherins. . .they found your notebook of --- Godric. They found you're a notebook of poems and they found the one of Theophile you like and their headed this way with a sinister look on their face." She rushed out.
y/n's eyes widen in fear as she quickly yanked out her bag from under the table to make sure her notebook was still in her bag. As she hurriedly looked through her bag she found that indeed it must have fallen out.
A small whimper of defeat leaves her lips as she brings her head down once she heard the doors to the Great Hall open.
"Listen to this!" One of the Slytherin girls yells out which causes the whole hall to become quite. One of the Slytherin girls steps onto their table and opens up a notebook, a smirk on their face as they begin to read.
