I looked at the simple cut ring on my finger. Feeling the weight of it.

"It's beautiful...." I softly said.

There's no hiding how proud you were, the happiness in your eyes. That wide smile.

"Are you sure? Because we can alway look at another ring. "

I didn't answer. I was still busy admiring the beautiful ring.

"Is the size to small? Should we get a bigger rock?"

"Ani.. this is perfect." I looked at Jung Hae-in and smiled.

"The rock is simple but very pretty. I love it's simple band too.."

"Really? Are you sure. You can look around more." He asked me.

"It's very pretty.."

"Great. Can't have an ugly wedding ring right? I'm happy you finally found something. "

I pout.

"Yah. This is not jut any RING. How can you complain about me taking so long to find THE RING?"

he laughed.

"Araseo... you did good.. are you happy with it?" He asked as he took my hand and gently brushed his thumb across the stone.

I nod.

"How about the fit? Too tight? Too big? "

"The fit is perfect..."

"Great! Miss we'll take this one." He said as he gave his platinum card to the manager.

"Wonderful choice! This item is actually one of our best seller. "

She looked at me and said.

"Your fiance have a great taste! You should be proud.

Beforw I could answer he laughed out loud.

After we finished with the purchase we went out of the store with a little blue bag.

I looked at... I mean I stared ar the bag.
This little bag.. determines my life.

"Are you hungry? We can eat at your favorite Japanese restaurant."

"You hate Japanese food.."

"But you love it.. we can have lunch at Sakura."

I shooked my head.

"I have to go.. I still have a meeting. "

"How about dinner?"

"You have an appointment tonight. Remember?"

"Ahhh yeah you're right... we need to set up something."

"It's fine."

"No. It's my way of saying thank you.."

"You don't have to."

"Without you... I would have picked out something ugly. Then Hae Soo would have said No to my proposal." He laughed.

There it is. The trigger. The wake up call.. bringing me back to reality. My reality. This little blue bag I have in my hand is not for me."

"Raincheck?"

He nod and he hugged me.

"Thank you... really. I would'nt know what to do..if you were a man. You would have been my best man."

"We'll I'm your fiance's maid of honor. Is that close enough?" I teased.

I gave him a quick squeeze and I said my goodbye. Giving him the little blue bag that was meant for her. Not me.

As soon as I turned around my tears started to fall.

"It should have been my blue bag.. not hers..
