(Y/n)'s P.O.V.

"Eliza it needs to be perfect." I say turning to my best friend who is hanging up some streamers

"Yeah yeah I know." She says sarcastically before laughing "You have to impress your boyfriend."

"Shut up, I just want him to have a birthday he will remember." I laugh

"What present did you get him?" Feliciano who is also helping asks

"It's a surprise." I say "It's Heracles' birthday and his first one since we started dating so I want to make it extra special."

"Well there's no way he can't think this is special." Elizabeta says gesturing to the decorated room

We have decorated my large living room with streamers, Feliciano is making food, some cat decorations and Elizabeta put a good playlist together of everyone's favourite music. I asked Heracles to come by so he could pick me up and we could "go out for dinner". Instead we're going to surprise him with the party.

There's still two more hours before everyone will start to arrive so we have enough time to finish making the food and get ready.

"So (Y/n), when you and Heracles go home are you going to do... anything." Elizabeta says, her voice becoming suggestive

"Oh my god Eliza." I say lightly slapping her arm

There is a ding and a Feliciano rushes to the kitchen.

"Ve~ The pizza is ready!" He exclaims happily

"Smells great Feli." I say sniffing the air

"Ve~ Grazie." He says and cuts it up, putting alfoil over it to keep it warm and fresh

"So should we get ready?" Eliza asks me

I nod and we head upstairs to put on our clothes. I grab my (p/o) and put it on, Eliza does my hair in a (h/s) and she puts a little bit of make up on me.

"You look really pretty." She giggles

"I feel really pretty." I reply, admiring myself in the mirror

"Heracles is going to pounce on you for sure." She says seductively

"Oh my god Eliza!" I laugh

We finish getting ready and make sure the living room is ready. Soon enough some people arrive, Ludwig is here first to meet up with Feliciano, they've been dating for a few years.

"Ve~ Doitsu!" Feliciano exclaims jumping into Ludwig's arms, pressing a kiss to kiss cheek

"Feliciano be careful, jou could hurt jourself." Ludwig says holding him up

"Ve~ But you caught me Doitsu!" Feli says with tears forming

"Of course I did, stop crying now." Ludwig quickly replies, wiping away Feliciano's tears

Eliza and I look at each other giggling at how cute they are. Soon others begin to arrive, Kiku, Roderich, Sadik, Iakovos, Gupta, Antonio, Lovino, The Baltics, The Nordics, The Allies and everyone else who was invited.
