When I was born,
I couldn't see.
All my life, it's been a blur to me.
The teasing never stopped
For hours and hours,

And it kept going on,
Until every hour.
The bullying, the abuse,
I had to live through,
But without you, I couldn't get through.

You loved me, you hated me,
But hey, we had our moments.
All I know is that I just want you to know it.

Dear sister,
Dear mother,
Dear father,
If I had the chance to turn around
I would make it happen.

I'm not the perfect child, and I know it,
But people tell me I have a perfect soul to show it.
Please guide me with all the strength you have
So I can thank you,
But in reality.....my thankfulness is love for you.

We all have weaknesses, and you can't deny we really do,
But love is stronger than any disease,
And it really does show you.

I was healed, but not mentally in a way,
I was healed by the person who
Loved me in any kinds of way.

Thank you for letting me die,
With a good heart and mind,
Now it's time to rest,
But I'll know you'll still shine....
