Begining of Hell

Cheryls POV
I wake up the next morning as my alarm goes off at 7;30, 1 1/2 hours until hell begins, I think. I hear the hair dryers going in the bathroom, Toni must've just got out of the shower, I slip out of bed as quietly as I can and walk into the bathroom.
"OMG, TONI!" I scream, she died her hair pink again.
"BAABEEEEE, I wanted it to be a surprise," She whines
She turned her hair back to brown a few weeks before our wedding and hasn't gone back to pink since.
"Well, consider me surprised," I say wrapping my arms around her waist "It looks good Baby,"
I kiss her cheek. She turns around to face me.
"When we were teenagers I was doing it out of rebellion and for an aesthetic, but I wanted to do something to show my support,"
"Awe you're so sweet,"
I start playing with her brown and newly pink strands of hair as she finishes her makeup.
"Babe you didn't have to dye your hair," I laugh "Just being with me when you can would have been enough,"
"I know Cher but you always said you loved my pink hair as well so I figured its 2 for 1."
She kisses me and wraps her arms around my neck. We break apart and I slip my arms around her waist.
"I love you," She says
"I love you too," I say "are you hungry?"
"A little," She says shyly
"Same! Let's wake up KT and go to pops," I say stepping away
"Cherrrrr, you know you are NOT aloud to eat,"
"But if I eat, I cant start chemo," I say grabbing an apple and smiling
"Cher, I swear to god, I know you are scared but you need this ok? I'm not going to eat and you're not going to eat and KT's not going to eat," She rambles
"Toni we have to feed our child," I say
"We have to feed our child," She laughs
"You have an hour until we have to check you in at the hospital so lets go wake up KT and everyone wanted to see you at Pops so we gotta go," She rambles
"Toni look at me," I say putting my hands on either side of her shoulder "Breathe,"
"No time, lets go," She races down the hall
KT was already dressed so Toni basically pushed us out the door.
"T, look at me," Her face was bright red and flustered "Babe, you passing out is the last thing I need, because you insist on driving, BREATHE,"
"Ok, ok, I get it, just stressed, get in, Let's go!"
"You completely missed the point of that entire speech," I say getting  into the passenger seat
We drive to pops and park. We walk in and greet everyone already sitting down, Jughead and Betty are running late but before anyone can even say anything but hi Toni remembers something.
"Shit, I forgot the keys, Cher I'll be right back, Kait never repeat mommy," Toni says flustered
"Woe isn't she just full of caffeine this morning." Jughead says
"She's stressed out," I reply watching her half jog to the car
"Ya, like really stressed out," KT replies
We watch her pretty much tear the car apart,
"Maybe I'll go talk to her, for the third time this morning as I might add. Kait stay with your uncles,"
I walk out of Pops and approach Toni.
"T, what is the matter?" I ask leaning against the car door
"Nothing Cher, I can't find the keys," She says distracted
"Babe they're in your hands,"
"Oh thanks Cher lets get back inside," She says turning
"Not so fast," I say grabbing her arm "Toni, if I have to keep reminding you to breathe they will have to put my in the Sisters of Quiet Mercy after chemo because I will go insane,"
"I'm sorry baby, I'm just stressed, I know everything's going to be all right. I just want your life to be stress free."
"Ya but you going into panic mode is going to stress me out more,"
"I know baby I'm sorry," She pouts
"It's ok," I kiss her frown "Why don't we go into the restaurant?"
"Ok,"
She grabs my hand and we go into the restaurant.
"Hey guys, found my keys," She exclaims
"Toni you always had your keys. They were in your hand the whole goddamn time," Fangs says
"Fangs don't be a bitch," I say sitting down.
Toni sits beside me and puts her hand on my thigh.
"Tiny you went back to the pink hair," Sweetpea says stating the obvious "It looks good,"
"Thanks, I decided to show my support for my bae," She says looking at me
We hear the bell to Pops ring. We are facing away from the door and pay no mind to it.
"Oh my God," KT exclaims
"That's awesome," Fangs laughs
I'm scared to turn around but Toni whips her neck around.
"What the hell?" She says bursting out laughing
I finally turn around.
"Jughead what did you do?"
"He MADE me drive all around town to find the best hair bleach and permanent pink dye for his hair," Betty rolls her eyes "I would of dyed my hair put it usually just turns my hair green,"
"It's fine, and Jughead thank you so much,"
"It's no problem," He gives me a hug
"TOPAZ! Pink hair is my thing," He says
"Bro, I had pink hair for almost 5 years," She says laughing.
"Looks good Uncle Jughead,"
"Thanks Kiddo! Now I'm starving so lets eat, on me, What do you guys want?"
"Eggs and bacon," I say quickly,
"Cheryl," Toni says disapprovingly "Jughead we aren't eating,"
"IM HUNGRY," I exclaim angrily
"You also have chemo in less than an hour." She argues
"Fine, I hate you though," I say crossing my arms
"No, you love me," She says kissing me on the cheek.
I roll my eyes, "Forever,"
"So no food for you two," Jughead says "Anyone else?"
He takes everyone's orders and leaves to go tell pop.
"I don't think I'll ever get use to that," Fangs says ushering towards jugheads hair.
"I know right," Betty says shaking her head "I told her to buy a pin or a tshirt,"
"Pins, see Toni, you didn't have to dye your hair either, just buy a pin," I say agreeing with Betty
Toni rolls her eyes and looks down at her phone.
"I'm getting a call, I'll be right back,"
She gives me kiss and walks out of the restaurant. We continue talking as I watch as Toni learn up against our car. She looks concerned. She yells something into the phone as she puts her hand on her forehead.
"That's not good," Fangs says watching Toni through the window as well.
Suddenly her faced turns from angry to shocked and back to angry, she says what I assume was 'thank you,' turns and kicks the car. She brings herself back together and calmly walks back into the restaurant.
"Uh, what was that about?" Sweetpea asks
Toni looks down at her hands and fiddles with he rings.
"Hiram and Archie are going to get away with some of the stuff they pulled in Pop's but even before they can serve the sentence they have to stand trial in Canada, Hiram pulled some strings and got their court date moved up,"
"What did they get charged with and why did they call you about their trial?" Fangs asked
"They only got charged with Attempted Kidnapping, illegal possession of a fire arm and conspiracy against a child."
"Ok, so they got away with attempted murder and uttering threats but why did you need to know about Canada Toni?" I ask
"They need me and Kait to testify against Hiram and Archie who have two separate trials, they have us testifying over a span of 5 days in Montreal... starting on the 9th,"
"Oh so you two have a month," Betty says calmly
"More like 3 days," Toni stutters "Not August 9th, July 9th,"
"Oh My God," I say shocked
"They are paying for 2 rooms and 5 plane tickets to Montreal, babe I'll tell them we can't I know you have chemo," She says grabbing her phone
"Babe, they need to go to jail okay and they told us before they only eye witness was Kait, I'll be fine, 5 tickets means you can bring your stooges and Cousin Betty and I can have a girls week," I say
"In the hospital?" She says in disbelief
"Right I forgot, well I'll chat with the nurses then,"
"I'll go and visit her, plus Juggie always wanted to go see Canada," Betty says
"Ok I guess, but if anything happens I'm on the first plane back,"
"Calm down T," I reply
"Well Cher we have to go to the hospital now," Toni says
"Ok, I guess it is getting late, thanks everyone for everything and thank you for dying your hair Jug you made my day, love you all," I say getting up
Everyone says bye and good luck, T thought it would be a good idea to bring Kait by later instead of bringing her now so Fangs is watching after her. Toni drives down to Riverdale General Hospital and grabs my bags for me.
"Such a gentleman," I tease "But I'm not helpless give me a bag,"
"Cher I got it ok? You need to fixate all your energy into getting better ok?" She says struggling with bags
"What am I going to do about? Command all my cells to attack the cancer? I'll grab a bag babe, they weigh more than you,"
"Fine, whatever," She says giving me one of my 3 bags, "you brought too much stuff,"
"Probably," I shrug
We walk in and get checked in, we decided to get a private room so that when everyone comes here we don't disturb anyone. It's also more secluded so no press will be able to find me when the news about kait and Toni comes out.
"Do you like it?" Toni asks helping me into my bed
"I guess. It's big, it's quiet. I'll be fine." I say
"Hey Mrs. Topaz Blossom, I'm Dr. Whess but you can call me Kai since we will be sending a lot of time together, I'll set up your Chemo after your wife signs a few forms and I'll go get the equipment."
He gives Toni the forms to look over and leaves the room. She sits down on the edge of the bed and reads each form before signing and initialing the bottom. She looks at one concerned and skips it.
"Why did you skip that page?" I asked confused
"Because I'm not signing it," She says sharply
"Why? What does it say?"
"It's a DNR, do not resesitate and I'm not signing it,"
"Ok, no need to attack me, I was just wondering," I laugh
"Sorry, I just got mad at that paper,"
"Toni, look at me please. Getting angry at inanimate objects is like the dumbest thing you can do, calm down."
"I know I just feel bad for leaving you so I need to make sure everything is perfect and that i'm not signing a paper that is leaving you to die."
"Babe, not going anywhere,"
"I know," She signs the last form and kisses me on the forhead
I laugh as she re reads everything she just signed and the doctor hooks me up to like 7 machines and gives me a bunch of drugs
"Move over and turn on the TV," She says crawling up the bed and lying on my collarbone.
