Toni's POV
"Penelope go away," I whisper yell at her
"Why are you whispering?" She asks
"Because my wife is trying to sleep and I don't want her to wake up, she literally just had 2 kids,"
"I'm sure she's fine, she's a blossom! Built for babies," Penelope sneers
"Please leave you're not welcome here anymore,"
"Babe is everything ok?" I hear Cheryl ask from upstairs
"Ya everything's fine my love go back to sleep," I yell back
"TT where are my boys?" She asks
"I have them Cher, go back to bed," I say
"Ok,"
"Penelope it's time to leave," I say
"I want to see my daughter,"
"Come back later,"
"CHERYL!" She yells

"TT who's at the door?" She ask starting to walk down the stairs
"Babe.." I say trying to stop her but she she already saw her
"Mother Get away from my boys," she says sternly
"Cheryl don't speak to your mother like that,"
"You're not my mother,"
"And she's not your wife," Penelope hisses
"What are you talking about mother?" Cheryl says rolling her eyes
"The divorce," She sneers "everyone in riverdale is talking about it,"
"Ya well it's fake news, because we are not actually divorced," she says
"Well we are but I was forced to sign it and she was presumably tricked into signing it," I explain
"You know I met the most interesting little girls at pops today," she laughs "little blonde haired twins. Said their names were Taylor and Kathryn Topaz-Blossom,"
"What the hell did you say to them?" Cheryl asks
"Well just told them about you and Jason and how you killed your brother," she says non chalantly "and how just life,"
"You're a bitch," Cheryl snaps "get out of my house, get out of my life,"
"Bye bye," she says
And she walks away.
"Toni why didn't you call me down when you opened the door?" She asks
"Because you just had two babies and you need to rest," I explain
"Do you want to watch a movie with me?"
"Of course Cheryl," I say "can you take TJ?"
"Hey baby boy," she says looking at him
We sit down and I pick a movie.
"Hey baby, yes I'm your mommy." She says playing with his fingers "ya, and you know I love you and I'm always going to protect you your my little prince."
He babbles and giggles back grabbing at her hair.
"You like my hair buddy?" She says
He yanks at her hair
"Ow fuck," she say taking her hair away from him
"The first word the day is gunna be a swear if you are near them," I laugh
"You're cute," she laughs
"You're cuter," I say back
"I love you Toni Topaz,"
"I love you too Cheryl Blossom,"
She gets TJ to sleep and eventually Owen falls asleep too.
"Wanna put them in their cribs?" I ask
"Mhm," she nods standing up
We put the boys down and go to our room.
"Oh boy they are just as stubborn as you," I say flopping on the bed
She laughs and lays down beside me. I quickly text Pea to come in to talk.
"Babe What Do you think my mother wants?"
"Who knows Cheryl," I say "but we'll be ok,"
"I know, we always are," she smiles
"So when do you want to get remarried?" I ask
"After someone proposes," she teases
"Mmm," I mumble
I kiss her and the babies start crying.
"Well looks like thats our cue," I say getting up
We walk to their room and I pick TJ up and Cheryl picks Owen up.
"Hey boyo," I say bouncing him up and down
He giggles and points at Cheryl.
"Oh you just missed your mom." I laugh "did you miss mommy?"
I pull my phone out of my pocket and snap a picture of Cheryl and Owen.
"Don't take pictures of me I look like shit," she complains
"No you look cute," I say
She blushes and bounces Owen on her leg.
"One day Tony Jace is going be taller than you and the boys won't be able to call him tiny junior," she laughs at me
"Sweets is right though, the four of them are gunna tear up this town," I laugh
"Ya that's what I'm worried about,"
"They'll be fine,"
She nods and smiles at Owen. TJ grabs my hair and points at Cheryl.
"You wanna go over there buddy?" I say walking towards Cheryl
He reaches for Cheryl as soon as we get over there.
"I told you, you're better with kids," I say kissing her cheek
"Your good with them, but you're afraid of them," she says "you just need to calm down,"
"What do you think little T? You think mommies better than me? Mhm? Ya she's prettier than me too, and she's a really really good mom," I say to TJ
"TT what did I do to deserve you?" She asks
We hear everyone walk in.
"I don't think these guys want to sleep right now so let's go?" She asks
"Mhm," I agree "give me Odog,"
"It's fine T,"
"You need to rest and resting isn't carrying an 8 pound baby downstairs,"
"Fine," she reluctantly hands me Owen and I situate both of them in my arms
"Hey girlies," Cher says as we get down the stairs
"Hi mom," they all say
"Blondes, not so fast," I say as they try and go in the kitchen,
"Did you meet a lady today at pops?" Cheryl asks
"Mhm, the lady with the hair like yours," Tayleigh says
"But she was a liar," Kait says
"Good girl but what did she say to you?" I ask
"She said mommy and Sweetpea killed Uncle Jason but that was me," she says sadly
"Nonono kiddo, you didn't kill Jason," Cheryl says
"Ya at the river,"
"No that was Toni, and Toni is fine,"
"I want Cheryl back I hate you," she snaps "I want my real mom back,"
She starts crying and her and Tayleigh go upstairs.
"I want Cheryl back too!" Sweetpea jokes "This random redhead sucks,"
"Wanna go talk to her?" I ask "I got the boys and Pea and Fangs will make dinner,"
"Ok," She nods and walks up the stairs and Owen starts crying
"I miss mommy too, but shes only upstairs baby boy," I smile

Cheryls POV

I walk upstairs and already I hear the babies crying, shit Toni, I shake my head and walk into Kaits room. She doesnt share with Tay anymore so she was just sitting alone on her bed.
"Kait?" I say sitting down
"I want Cheryl back," She says grumpily looking at me "Go away, I want my mom,"
"Kiddo, its me, Cheryl ok?" I say grabbing her hands "Look at me ok? I am Cheryl,"
She looks at me and then looks absolutely heartbroken.
"Mommy," She says with tears running down her face "I'm so sorry. I cant control when it happens, I dont know."
"Oh baby," I hug her "Its ok. I know you cant control it,"
"You probably hate me," She cries into my shoulder
"No I don't, I could never hate you ok? I love you, you will always be my little girl," I say wiping her tears
"But the other girls don't have problems like me, they all always know what's going on, they always know everyone in the room," She says frustrated
"And one day soon you will too, you went through things 9 year olds shouldn't have gone through. You're a strong kid buddy and me and you are really alike," I say
"How?"
"Well in high school when I first met your mom, my mommy wasn't very nice to me and I was sent to a place named to Sisters of Quiet Mercy and they broke me- a lot. Your mom had to help me become who I actually was and sometimes its something I forget about but it always comes back and I'm glad, you know why?"
She shakes her head no.
"Because if I hadn't been sent there, then I wouldn't have fully opened up about who I was and it made me who I am," I say
"I'm sorry mom," She says
"You have nothing to be sorry about kiddo," I smile "Do you want to go downstairs?"
She nods and gets up.
"To be clear though, I don't hate you, I hated the person in my mind... the one who wasn't you," She says
"I know sweetie," I laugh
I walk downstairs and kait walks to Tayleighs room to find her.
"There's my beautiful wife," Toni says as I walk in the kitchen
Shes holding TJ and Sweetpea is holding Owen. TJ has a bunch of her hair in his little hands.
"Hey babe," I say kissing her cheek
"How did that go?" She asks
"It went well, shes figuring it out," I sigh "How are my little boys doing?" I ask tickling TJ
"He's having a blast playing with my hair," She says
"Oh I can see that," I laugh
I take him out of her arms and slowly make him let go of her hair.
"Hey cutie," I say rocking him "How are you?"
He giggles and yawns.
