I walk into the living room. No one is there. I sit on the couch and throw the pillow into the ground. I turn on the TV and star blackly. I start humming a song.
I stand up and shoot s web to the ceiling so I am swinging around the room, and say,
"We're soarin', flying," I land on the ground out of a flip and reach to the sky,
"There's not a star in heaven that we can't reach,"
"If we're tryin', so we're breakin' free," I reach out and pretend I'm breaking out of something.
"You know the world can see us
In a way that different than who we are," I grab a pillow from the ground and stare at it passionately,
"Creating space between us, 'til we're seperate hearts," I hold the pillow away from me,
"But your faith, it gives me strength
Strength to believe," As my voice hits the high note I jump to the ceiling while embracing the pillow.
"We're breakin' free," I jump from the ceiling and sprint over and jump on top of the counter. I pretend to twirl the pillow,
"We're soarin', flyin'," I web myself back to the living room while soars through the air I hug the pillow tight.
"There's not a star in heaven that we can't reach," I throw the pillow in the air and catch it.
"If we're tryin', yeah, we're breakin' free
Oh, we're breakin' free! Ooh," I run to the kitchen and grab a big wooden spoon to use as a microphone.
"Can you feel it building?," I throw off my zip up sweat shirt
"Like a wave the ocean just can't control
Connected by a feelin',ooh, in our very souls (very souls)," I grab the pillow again,
"Rising 'til it lifts us up, so everyone can see," I raise the pillow above my head and scream,
"We're breakin' free," I jump up and do a double back flip,
"We're soarin', flyin'
There's not a star in heaven that we can't reach," I swing myself around the room.
"If we're tryin', yeah, we're breakin' free
Oh, we're breakin' free! Ooh," I star longing at the pillow and drop to the ground landing in the splits,
"Runnin', climbin'
To get to the place to be all that we can be
Now's the time
So we're breakin' free, (we're breakin' free, ooh yeah)" I scramble up and jump on top of the couch, as I get to the breaking free part I jump of the couch doing a 360.
"More than hope, more than faith
This is truth, this is fate
And together we see it coming," I kiss the Pillow, and smile at it,
"More than you, more than me
Not a want, but a need," I pull the pillow in for a hug
"Both of us, breaking free!" I throw the pillow away from me and web over to catch it.
"Soarin', flyin'
There's not a star in heaven that we can't reach
If we're tryin', yeah, we're breakin' free (breaking free)," I run on a circle,
"We're runnin', ooh climbin'
To get to the place to be all that we can be
Now's the time (now's the time)
So we're breakin' free (oh we're breakin' free), ooh," I climb back into the couch and pretend to help the pillow up behind me,
"You know the world can see us
In a way that's different than who we are," my voice becomes quiet as I stare at the pillow intently.
I hear a cackle coming from behind me and whip my head around. My mouth falls open. Dad is standing there laughing at me while the others are smirking but yet look confused.
"Y-you're the Avengers," I say more to myself. Oh shit. The Avengers saw me singing a song from high school musical.
"FRIDAY, you recorded that right?" Tony asks.
"Yes Boss." My face turns a darker shade of red.
"Avengers, meet my son, Peter."
............
